Robert BourboLocation was just ok, the lot is not very well maintained, trash lying around, and the drop off lot is half gravel half just pulling into the grass field, not well lit at all, had to use my phone flashlight to maneuver around as it was very dark outside.
ZACHARY STAHLTrucks are too expensive. An increase in over $1 000 compared to when I moved less than 1 year ago. Unbelievable. A 26' truck and enclosed trailer cost me just under $800 in July 22. Now in July 23, a 26' truck cost me over $1 800

Tawanna Kemp-BinnsThis location is a gas station and the staff are friendly but limited. Be able to provide the name of a third party if you don't have good reception in that area and cannot access the uhaul reservation on your phone. If renting a trailer, make sure you bring help that has muscles and is familiar with hitching.
Tinina GuzmanI rented a truck for $20 a day I ended up paying $86 from 11:00 to 8:00 the same day didn't use many mileages I know they couldn't even tell me how many miles I went so they charged me to something and then another $86 and still have not emailed me and how many miles I went I will never use that place again the lady cannot speak English they act like they do not know what they're doing I feel like I got ripped off

Kierrah ThomasTruck has no exhaust. Wheel balance has too be checked It has only 3/4 of fuel level. When I returned with more than, I was charged for 3+gallons... Truck was too old. Parking indicator broken. Even when you disengaged the parking brake It was beeping... All day, can you imagine? Great experience for looking to something else
Grigory Khoroshaev1. Clean the steering wheel. It was sticky. 2. Seat belts were filthy 3. One tire was low in air. I had to request that it be aired up and other tires checked and all equal. 4. I had to request they go over the details of the vehicle. 5. The gas tank was NOT 3/4 full. It was below that. 6. When I asked if the vehicle had been serviced the gentleman said "no" -he relied on the customer to let him know if something was wrong. 7. There was no windshield washer fluid. 8. The gentleman offered to sweep out the back as it clearly had dirt and some trash in it -not much but still trash.
Sherry KennedyThe location was a convenient drop off spot and easy to get in to. The website wasn't working well to do a self checkout and I had to wait for other customers to finish paying at the cash register because it was a convenience store!
AnneM ManceAuto hauler had wheel straps that were totally unusable as they had been ratched the wrong way and were so tightly wound you could not use them rendering the trailer unusable. I picked up the trailer on Tueday went home to load the car and then had to return the trailer, I was told there would be full refund , no paper work was offered or that I had returned the trailer so I disputed the charge with my credit card. I was not given anything paperwork wise when I picked up the trailer, it was there it is, fill this out and go, I would not rent from this place again it is a small gas station, foreign owned as most of these small gas stations are., the lady could not speak English very well and I could not understand what she was saying but it sounded like she was trying to blame me for the strap/ ratchet issue,, I doubt they ever insect the equipment as it comes and goes, also expired license plate from Virginia.
wayne kwirantI was charged for wrong pick up location but I clearly told the clerk that I didn;t know where we would be returning the equipment. We were traveling to Florida. I was charged extra for this so I was upset.

SABRINA CROWDERAir pressure light was on during my moving experience. I added air to the tire but it never went off. The vehicle should be ready for use when renting it. Upon receiving the moving I had to put gas in and try to get the air pressure in the right rear tire. I would expect the vehicle to be ready upon receiving it

Gregory GrayLet me start by saying that the employees at the pick up location were great and my complaints aren't with them, but rather uhaul in general. We reserved a truck a week in advanced without issue. Left out early in the morning to drive across the state to pickup our truck only for it to not be there when we arrived. After contacting uhaul, we were told our truck would be available in 5 hours. Needless to say, we were very upset because the whole day was put on pause leading to us sitting in a car waiting for ages. I would have at least expected to be notified ahead of time of the delay. To top it off, an extra charge was added at the time of pickup when I had paid all the costs online the night before.
DEVON THOMASONThe rental site had the wrong information, the clerk was rude, and the entire rental experience was a disaster. The truck had not been cleaned and smelled like waste had been transported. All of our clothes have to be cleaned because they picked up the rotten smell in the truck. The truck itself had a bad electrical system which would short out randomly, shutting off the dashboard, radio, and most troublingly the air conditioning. The ride was awful with only intermittent A/C in July. The rental location forgot to include the hand dolly I had reserved and I had to go back to get it. The place to secure the dolly did not have all of the equipment so it had to sit in the back unsecured which caused it to shift and bang regularly. The check engine light would come on and off randomly, as well. Clearly this truck has not been adequately maintained and I had to suffer with it. I have been ripped off by this rental location and if they are the kind of business with which you want to work I need to find another source of rental trucks.
CHAPMAN RACKAWAYYour mobile pickup app is crap. It's confusing and doesn't work well. This location is awful too. Took an hour to pickup and an hour to drop off. Ridiculous.
Alison ChadwickThe vehicle was filthy, and when we opened the back, roaches came scurrying out. Smelled like dead bodies had been in the U-Haul. We had to sweep it out and put deodorizer in it. The can was filthy as well. We then realized the gas tank was at less than a quarter. All other places usually have it full and you refill it. Hard to estimate how much gas to put in. Needless to say, it ended up with more gas than what we started with. The kicker was that the check engine light was on. If we hadn't been in a desperate situation to have a truck we would not have rented from this location. It has been like this the two times we have rented. Giving U-Haul a very bad name.
Norma RothschadlTruck was dirty. Had a low tire and i had to slam doors multiple times to get doors to close. Check in took entirely too long because the lady was also the only sales clerk for the convenience store and my check in was interrupted and delayed multiple times. It took me 45 minutes to get my truck.
Stacey CampThey were busy, so it took a little longer than I hoped to get the truck key, but this is the best location we've rented from. Truck condition was great. Pickup/drop-off was smooth.
James NiemeyerTRUCKS WERE NOT CHECKED BEFORE RENTING. THE INSIDE TIRE ON THE PASSANGER SIDE WAS FLAT WHEN I RENTED THE TRUCK. I DID NOT DESCOVER IT UNTIL GOING DOWN THE ROAD AT 70 MILES PER HOUR. VERY DANGEROUS!!!
Nathan FinleyThe service was great however providing a 6 x 12 tow behind trailer without a tongue jack is the most ludicrous idea. I had the trailer over a week and had to lift the trailer on and off without a jack too many times. Will not rent a U Haul again.

Darlene BetschU-Haul customers have to wait on the gas station customers to finish. What should've taken 15 minutes took nearly an hour because I kept having to wait on gas station customers.
DIXIE CURLEYTruck was broken and parked in mud so it was hard to even inspect without getting the key. Truck mirror literally came off, lasy that did the uhaul gave me a number that never got answered for 30 minutes. She calls another uhaul number with no luck. No help whatsoever. Had to pay for a second truck because mover cost was greater than truck cost. Now have two trucks to pay for and movers for an additional 2 hours because terrible service. Out 300 with no help from Uhaul, and a chat rep just disconnecting. Was told a Representative would reach out in 48 hours but have heard nothing. Worst service and next time just pay to get a truck from Home depot so they will atleast try to help you

Pamela LanghamPlease give better customer service. My main conplaint is not with this location it's with the company. U-Haul wait to call me to inform that the truck i reserved was not avaliable at my pick up time and i am all ready at the location to pick up the truck. They send me to another one and this lady has a bad attitude. I am very disappointed especially being that i chose them over another company that was said to be better than Uhaul by a friend. U-Haul failed me.
