I did everything online, got there to pick up equipment and computer system malfunctions had to process everything twice. I completed everything online to save time. Didn't help
Raymond BFriendly, knowledgeable and flexible. I had to change my rental after I made my reservation. The change included added equipment as well as an extra day. The staff made it very easy for me to make the changes and they were very nice about the whole experience. One of the best encounters I've had when it comes to renting "a U-Haul". It is always underestimated, how easy it is to make a Customer's day. The folks at the Springfield (MI) Do-It Center, where i rented this U-Haul, seem ti have it encoded in their DNA, to make a Customer's experience easy and plesant.

Tim RVery enjoyable experience from the pick up station in Florida to the drop off in Michigan. The truck was clean and a smooth ride for a 20' truck. Only thing I would mention is that we returned it a day early and with more gas than we received it. I thought we would be compensated for the early return at least, but they stated that u-Haul does not do that with a one way only two way. That does not make sense

Michelle MHad a great experience Springfield Do It Center 1583 W Dickman Rd Springfield MI 49037 in Battle Creek MI. Connor Handled everything quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location if you need a u-haul for any reason.

Brett WThe location i interacted with was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. HOWEVER your reservation software NEEDS AN OVERHALL! I intentionally reserved a month in advance for pick up at a small business near where my 97 year old grandmother lives so she could drop me off. THEN a few days before pick up I was told I had to go to another location for pick up. This caused me to have to scramble around and find someone else to drive me as the location for pick up was on the other side of town in a very congested traffic area. I obviously didn't want my 97 year old grandmother driving in that traffic in the lunch hour. As we drove by the original location on the way to the new one we were FORCED to go to there was the size truck I rented sitting on the original lot. WHY? COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! The reason I rented from the original location was convenience AND the fact I'm loyal to that business for other needs.Way to screw over the small business and inconvenience a custimer.
