Adam was so helpful and great after the U-Haul van I reserved in Battle Creek at the rental center on Columbia was closed for the holiday weekend, leaving me high and dry, after traveling from 45 min away to get a van, I was very upset!

This was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and prompt and took extremely good care of me. Someone walked me to the truck to inspect it and helped line up the mirrors! Highly recommend!
