Customer service was very friendly
steven PWe returned our U-haul there after hours, so no one was there. But there wasn't a key box. Very confusing, but other than that, our experience was fine.

John BTrailer leaks. Contents got wet during rain. Lost some books. Left turn signal did not work. Had to change out wiring harness when I hooked up to get lights to work. Still did not correct turn signal.

roscoe wThere were cigarette butts left, one on the dashboard passenger side. The app was VERY slow, despite speed tests showing I had good throughput. Also the app is not intuitive. The rep at the location I spoke to was unprofessional and continues to interrupt when I had questions.
James RPoor service, things not explained in details, I believe that the staff is knowledgeable to maintain an operation of that quality and it does not operate like the other U-Haul operates. I've been renting for U-Haul for the last four months and I've never encountered an issue. The way I have for the Spring Ridge RV I pray to get more knowledge understanding I know how to run a business a little better. Merci.
DAPHNEE WWhen I picked up unit , it wreaked of marijuana.and there were no others available to swap with it. Had to use it with my grandson and son in law for most of the day
Dana TThe lady was super nice, that's the only positive I have. I reserved a truck, furniture dolly, and moving pads. This location does NOT have any dolly's or moving pads. The truck was very clean but the check engine light came on after driving less than 30 miles. Moving is already stressful and this just compounded the issue times 10. Also, Uhaul needs to update their reservation equipment at this location. The lady was super nice but was using a KINDLE to process my check in and check out. Took approx. 20 minutes both times. We are in 2023 so get with the times and update

Virginia JThis was the second time that I have rented a uhaul in which the blankets that I had ordered were not available once I arrived at the pick-up. Super frustrating to have to go to another location to find some. Also was told by the attendant that additional mileage was $.40/mile. This was incorrect as it was actually $1/mile. That's a big difference! I was also incorrectly informed by the attendant that I could drop the truck off at any location and just call the 1-800 # to let them know where it was at. This is possible to do I guess but she did not tell me that it was a significant increase in the rental cost! Think I will rent a Yellow Truck next time

Bryan HMy truck was old and did not work so I had to take it to another location catch a Uber to go 44 minutes away to pick up another truck and charge the mileage. Terrible experience!! I asked to get a call and no one has called me!!

Kathryn SI had a reservation for almost a week and I was passed to three different U-Haul locations in Crestview and then the last fourth one I had to drive all the way to fort Walton to get a U-Haul all of this set me back a day and traveling and was not able to make it to work on Monday. Although the pickup location fort Walton was excellent in the drop off was excellent the places I had to go in Crestview were very poor customer service

Stanley PNeee to make sure maintenance is completed on the rentals. The truck that was rented did not drive well and has a check engine light and on. The front bumper was cracked. The exterior was dirty. There is no key drop off box at this location.

jesse hThe employee at this facility was no help whatsoever. The equipment I reserved (blankets) weren't there. I had to hook up the equipment and do the check with out any assistance (I couldn't check the brake lights by myself)

Carolyn CCustomer service rep was rude. As we inspected the truck we found that it was messing the gas cap. My dad was the driver and he also has his CDL. When he brought it to their attention , the lady's response was "And?! What else can I do for you ?" My dad proceeded to tell her it was a DOT violation and could cost him a ticket she stated that her boss inspected the truck and it was okay to drive… as we"re on the highway The truck started shaking. If you drive anything over 50 it shakes like a stripper in Early Morning service.
Ernest PWorst service I've ever witnessed, my appointment was for Sunday May 31. Uhual called me Saturday at 230pm to tell me "there are no available units for Sunday " and that I would have to pick up today ... At 4pm!!! I was 3 hours away. I had to have my father drive and get it. Then the woman had the audacity to call me and say "I close at 4, but today I'm shutting down at 330pm.. my father had 1 hour to get there. Whoever manages this store should be fired immediately. Keep in mind I made the appt though Pearl Ms and was given the Clinton location .. whoever is responsible for that.. needs to be fired.

David POnly drove truck 52 miles and paid $1 a mile. Expected that. But was also charged $29,95 for 9 gallons. What a rip off!! We were not told to refill truck.
