The truck was not clean and had over a dozen damaged that were not labeled. My primary issue was the equipment I reserved. I reserved an appliance dolly because I had numerous large items and a very limited time frame. When I arrived at the vehicle, I was told the appliance dolly was not available but I could rent a regular size dolly instead. I had to move that day so I had no other option provided to me. Having the undersized dolly caused loading and unloading to take longer. I ended up needing to pay for the truck for an additional day because I needed a few more hours. I was supposed to be notified 24 hours early if my reserved equipment would not be available. If I was notified in advance, I could have made arrangements to ensure I would be able to complete my move in the reserved time period. However, I wasn't notified and ended up paying more than $70 extra. A simple phone call to notify me of unavailable equipment is advertised and would have saved me the unnecessary expense. An employee did not do what they were supposed to do and it cost me financially.James S.
