The Truck's "Low Oil" light was on when I picked up the truck. This was also the most uncomfortable Uhaul I have ever rented, and I've rented a 26' truck before. The truck felt like it was oscillating up and down when driving at certain speeds on the free way. It felt like the truck was going to break in half. Something was making it vibrate like crazy at certain speeds too. My arms were cramping just trying to hold the truck steady. I think there is some serious need for inspection and maintenance on the truck I rented. Otherwise everything else about the rental experience was fine.

Rental process was easy and convenient, however, the cargo van was incredibly dirty. I hadn't been swept out, there were grapes behind the driver's seat, the mirrors were too dirty to use--both rear view and side view. I brushed some crumbs off the seat and a huge pile of dust came from the seat. Had it ever been vacuumed? This would be such an easy vehicle to quickly clean--sweep, vacuum the seats, wipe off the dashboard. The gentleman at the office was very nice, but he didn't walk about the van with me before or after to document condition. It felt very unprofessional. Frowny face emoji.

The truck was horribly out of alignment and did not feel safe on the highway. It weaved all over and shook as it went down the highway.

The passenger door handle on the outside would not work and the keys got locked in it. Cost us 100 bucks to have a locksmith come out. Make sure nothing is broken before you send it out.

I would not recommend this service to someone else. Our UHaul was dirty and beat up and not only had the battery die once but TWICE during the time of our rental period. It caused us a lot of issues and time and made our moving experience extremely stressful.

I have rented a lot of uhaul moving trucks. This was by far the best location I have ever been too. The front desk was awesome and provided great service and made it really easy to pickup and drop off. The location was super clean and easy to access. Really great place to get a uhaul.

The headlight was out and I was not able to move during evening and nighttime hours and had to rent the truck another day causing the delay. When calling to extend the extra day they placed a note in the file the reason why I needed to extend. When returning the truck I told the people behind the desk that the headlight was out and I needed it an extra day and they said they would take care of the extra cost. I received a receipt for the entire amount included. I feel I should have at least the extra day rental fee of $20 and the $14 coverage charge for insurance removed.

There wasn't food wrappers if that's what you mean by clean but the windows were filthy inside and out. I wiped down al the upholstery, arm rest, cup holders etc. I kind of figured since I haul wanted a early check in so you don't spend time in the office they would have sprayed down the inside of the truck for cleanliness during this cautionary time. Too much to expect I guess.

I waited quite a long time to be helped. But when I was helped the nice man (Ivan, I think was his name) went above and beyond. I realize that I waited as long as I did because he was the only person working at the time and he was making sure he took care of each customers needs completely. I really appreciated the way he hooked up my trailer and walked me through it all.

Not satisfied with the double cost when a vehicle is turned in a few minutes late. I shouldn't have to pay for an extra day for a few extra minutes. Now if you'd like me to have that vehicle even longer because I paid for a full extra day then that is fine. But unless I go for a full day I shouldn't have to pay full price.

The online check-in and return was a pain.... the truck was very dirty....and I realize it was a holiday, but it would have been much better if the location had someone there. Clearly it was a busy day for rentals. This is the second time we rented from this location.... won't go there again.

The vehicle had some transmission issues. It's had trouble shifting in and out of gears on inclines and declines. Sometimes the truck would not shift higher unless it downshifted first. Engine was very loud. I have rented Moving trucks before and I don't think it was normal.

The reservation process was difficult. I was prompted to use self-checkout, which I agreed to. At check-out, I was not told to check my SMS messages for a check-out message. The ramp on the truck was broken. The gate was hard to open and close. Nobody answered the phone when I tried calling at 3 different times during business hours. I left messages, nobody called me back. I was not told to check the equipment back in online, so I was charged twice as much as I expected to pay. I'm never using U-haul again, and I'll be asking for a refund.

Very sad. The young gentleman working there wouldn't get up to look and the vehicle, check the mileage or the gas. He just kept saying, you're good to go? Because of a storm in Utah, we were running late, I called corporate and they extended my check in time to 9pm. I told the young man that and without saying anything to me, turned around and charged me for an extra day! I told him the truck needed new wipers and the ignition key kept getting stuck and didn't want the next person to have a problem. He didn't really seem to care, so sad. Won't go to that location again!!
