this was the worst experience with any company that i have ever had. terrible customer service. i was there for two hours trying to pickup the truck with this dumbass 24/7 shit. then an hour just trying to return the damn thing. i will never ever be doing anything with a uhaul ever again.

DAVID CI think it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to return here. I was moving items to Pryor, OK which has several Uhaul rental locations but your system wouldn't allow me to return there and made me go to the next town over. Even the lady who got me set up at my pick up location tried to adjust it so I could actually drop the truck off where I was going and couldn't do it. Dumb that I have to pay for extra gas/miles when there were multiple locations in Pryor.

Valorie SI had a very nice and clean uhaul. No issues whatsoever. A/C was definitely cold for as hot as it was outside. Friendly staff at Steddum Wrecker Service. I feel they went above and beyond considering I left my keys in the truck and they hung around after closing for me to be able to come and get them. I'd definitely use them again when I move again. Crystal LI ordered 226ft trucks a week and half in advance and prepaid so my move would go smoothly. The day before pick-up a girl from u-haul called and informed me that my trucks would have to be picked up in another town and that I would have to pick them up two and half hours later than planned and reserved for. This cost me 2-1/2 hours of labor time loading the trucks . I voiced my feelings of this not being what i had planned and served for and the first thing out of her mouth was,,,,,dod i want to just cancel the trucks . Makes me feel that this company doesn't care how you feel ,,, they just want your money . Because of the delay i had to pay for a hotel for two men . I had already bought a truck load of u-haul boxes. This is the last time i will use or recommend U-Haul.
Kenny CThe girl with U-haul that called me the day before pick up was rude and kept asking me if i wanted to just cancel the two trucks because they were not going to be at my pickup location and was not going to be able to be picked up at my reserved time. This will be the last time i rent from u-haul .

RICHARD MSteddum Wrecker have always been very polite and easy to work with. We called them Monday to confirm we turned everything in right since we dropped off after hours (Christmas morning). We informed them that we had dropped it off Saturday but my mobile app wasn't letting me check the truck in but I had all the pictures I took if they needed it. They stated that they were about to check it in for us and told us they seen us on camera dropping it off and they had already put the time as Saturday. They were very friendly and helpful! I only marked no on the location because after all it is a wrecker service and they can be very messy and often it seems intimidating to some (my wife) but it was as I was use to after working with them as a police officer years ago.
Stephen AI have nothing negative to say about the pickup location or the gentleman who helped me. Chad was friendly and got me in and out and on the road as quick as he could. I am frustrated that I requested to pick up the rental in Muskogee, OK which was only 12 miles from where I lived and instead had to drive all the way to Chouteau, OK which was almost an hours drive away so that took almost 2 hours out of my day not to mention the hour I waited due to the main system crashing which was not Steddum Wrecker Service's fault. I reserved a 20ft and was only able to get a 15 foot due to the previous renter not returning in time. I also paid for 3 hours of help for moving and they were gone by the time I got back home as I paid for 11-2 and I did not get back home until 2.

PHILIP SHave the tow dolly hooked up legally, for one. Another Uhaul place had to tell me mine was hooked on illegally. And then do not overcharge me for stuff that do not need to be charged for. There's more that could be said, but I feel like my point is across.

CRAVAN CCalled number as instructed and no answer. Called number second time and was told they don't open till 10:00 a.m. just leave it out front and drop key in box this was 9:45 a.m. Then got charged $20 after hour fee. The place is a dump and not inviting at all.

Fredericka HThe location is easy to get to. We have dropped of trailers here on multiple occasions and are met with mixed results. Mostly they are a hands-off location. This trip I was able to get assistance dropping the trailer as I couldn't lift it off the ball on my own. This is the first time I've been able to get any help from anyone here.
Bree EI dropped after hours in a rain storm and couldn't connect online so I called 1800 u haul to let them know since I was a day early. They had the nerve to charge me a $20 after hours fee in which they did nothing after hours the site didn't even check it in till after the scheduled drop time. U-HAUL HAS LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER and everyone I know will know to .
