No clear place to put the trailer. Most of the area was cluttered and overgrown with grass. Placed was closed on drop off date so we did not issue with personnel.

THOMAS RCustomer service was great! I had to extend my rental by a day, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Pick-up and drop-off instructions were easy and straightforward. The only thing I’d recommend is being more transparent about the final cost. When I originally booked my 2-day trailer rental, I was told the total would be $63. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged an additional $26 for taxes and insurance. For some people, that extra cost can be significant, and it would be much appreciated if the full price was made clear up front—before placing a hold on the card or finalizing the booking. Thanks again for the help and great service overall.
HUNTER DThe drop off location I was given was 50 miles away even though there was one 5 minutes from my house. There was no place in the website to change it.
