Mike WIt's been 3 days since I returned the u haul back and I still haven't gotten my deposit back on my card This is inexcusable.

Rande LThis location was top notch. However, the Flagstaff location made me a reservation a month in advance but didn't have the equipment available. Someone from a customer service line called to set a new reservation. That lady initially tried to get me to go to two separate locations for the truck and the hauler, AND sneakily upsale me on a larger truck. Once I insisted I only wanted the 10ft truck for the towing capabilities, and most definitely would not pay for a 15ft, she miraculously found both 10ft truck and hauler in same location. And the location was closer. Again, the Chino Valley location was top notch and I found them very easy to work with.
AMANDA BPerfect pick up and drop off at a one way rental. Everybody were very curtious. Thanks for the professional experience.

John SThat was really is a nice location, however there was a pick up truck parked and it was impossible to get out four of the five trucks that were there. Also nobody had a key to move the damn pick up. Luckily the fifth vehicle was able to get to and leave.
Gretchen FThe location was fine. Any suggestions I have are for haul in general. I would rather pay a higher daily rate and have free mileage. Not everyone needs a local moving, and not everyone is moving their house. Some people are trying to move a one time shipment, and 0,89 a mile really ran through my budget. I had to go 800 miles round trip and the mileage cost was more than the truck.
Svetlana KNice folks at this location. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Dirt, strips of packing plastic and candy on the floor. There were even someone's keys in the cab. The trucks speedometer was at least 30mph off. At one point it said I was doing 80mph when the person following me said I was doing 50mph. Not the best u-haul experience I've ever had.....

Robert SArrived at 10am on Thursday. No one was there!!! Called number, many many rings before I got voice mail. Did phone return which was not what I had reserved. I had a separate contract for the appliance dolly, hope that gets credited correctly.

Tom DI returned the trailer a day early, and the person who was there didn't know how to check it in. Just said your fine, couldn't answer if I was going to get a refund for being returned early. And then I was contacted two days later asking when I was going to return the trailer.

Evan HI'm not sure where the drop in communication was…on the U-Haul website I reserved a truck for one way. The morning of when we went to pick it up, we were told they do not have any one way trucks available. This ends up being substantially more cost and hassle for us. There was no way to just rent another truck at this point so we were stuck. I don't think that's right. If you can't deliver with what was offered and reserved then customers shouldn't be charged as such. There was also $60 in additional "truck tax" tacked on that was not disclosed in my original quote. This rental cost almost $400 and we didn't even have it for 24hrs. I will not use U-Haul in the future or this location.
