Everything was good. Good service from the gentleman in the office. He came down and helped me get the trailer hooked up and get me on my way.

ALEJANDRO ENRIQUEZbeaucoup de difficulté a se faire servir en Français et cela qu'importe l'heure du jour ou de la nuit. L'essence qui était a son niveau le plus bas était un problème majeur pour nous puisque de partir de Northbay pour se rendre la l'endroit ou nous allions le niveau d'essence ne nous permettait simplement pas de nous y rendre. La difficulté pour prendre possession des clés du camion était eu aussi très difficile .Encore une fois les instructions reçu en anglais seulement était problématique une fois encore

mathew royI picked up and dropped off in the dark- If your sign was reflective or a light shined on it, your location would be a lot easier to find. Otherwise a great experience. Someone should probably check the brakes on the vehicle I rented at some Point in the next like 4/6 months but overall it was great. Very helpful and reasonably priced.

lenika lopezThe 2 gentlemen I dealt with were quick and efficient with my rental...the van I had booked had a flat tire and I was immediately offered a pick up truck (which I preferred). Upon return of the vehicle, they noticed I had put in more gas in the tank than required...they immediately offered me a discount for the extra gas. That's what I call treating the customer fairly and professionally...will definitely call these people again. Robert B.

Noel CoulasThank you to the customer service agent who resolved the price Gouging due to head office scheduling or the person responsible for charging rates. The problem is not the location of pick up and drop off, its the people controlling the prices behind the scenes at head off, or call centers, where ever!!! 1. Head office policy MUST INCLUDE NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMERS THEIR CHARGE MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER nearly doubled upon arrival. 2. NOTIFY CUSTOMERS CLEARLY WHAT RATES AND DAYS WILL RESULT IN THE RIDUCULOUS CHARGES. When the customer walk through the door to pick up the keys, the call center or head office, or scheduler or person who charges the rates and prices should ask the customer their approximate distance, give them a price and STICK TO the price. DO NOT DARE PASS THE BLAME OF TO THE GUY OR LADY HANDING OUT, OR COLLECTING THE KEYS.

Noah StarcevicTruck broke down and spent 3 hours back and forth with UHaul and Roadside Assistance. Finally they made it work out with a trailer in replace of truck but delayed our move by hours and not finishing until evening which made for an extra long day. In the end we were very pleased that we received a full refund so with everything that happened that was a pleasant surprise and good service!
Joanne WatsonApp wouldn't accept my photo of where I parked. Tried at least a dozen pictures from different angles etc. It asked to show building and signage. There wasn't any as I parked along the front facing the road beside 3 other trucks. I gave up and just deposited the key.

Bonnie SeamanHad storage long term. Kept increasing the storage fee. Unit was wet, and full of mice. Had to keep cleaning dead mice and their droppings. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. I lost a lot of items because of rain and mice damage. I know this will not show on reviews.

It was advertised as a 6'x12' trailer which is what we needed, however the ramp was only 5' wide, therefore could not load our equipment onto the trailer. Will not be renting this trailer again.
Vincent GagneOur drop off location was Main Street North Bay, which was non existent! We went to the Hwy 11 North location where the attendant Threatened to charge $250 for a drop off at a different location. Felt like we were being scammed. Next time I will rent a truck from anyone else but UHaul!!
Darrin WillittsPlease don't speak amongst yourselves in a foreign language when I'm an English speaking customer in your presence. Guessing at how much gas to put in was a challenge. You told me to put in a certain amount of liters if I used a certain amount. I just filled it to the half mark. I have no idea how many litres to pump. Those filling up instructions are not good. Neither myself or my daughter understood.

GREGORY RICKWOODThe area around the units was always plowed out in the winter and accessible. Some issues with the ice buildup under the door making it difficult to open, but the staff would clean and salt when I asked, so the door could be opened. No issues with the unit itself, was clean and dry.

I'm currently homeless with my household belongings in a truck ATM and barely came up with the 85$ that the storage was listed as on the website. There is no other U-Haul in North Bay, is there any way I can waive the deposit fee until the next month?
