Michael W.Stoicheffs Auto Parts in Lewistown was fine. I would definitely drop off or rent a Uhaul from them in the future. Easy to work with. Its not a typical corporate facility as it is also a old time auto parts store. It's worth the trip just to look at the memorabilia adorning the walls. The folks from American Pickers would have field day here. Its awesome just to look around. Great place....give them some business

Ronald C.I will never ever ever use the app to make a pickup. wanted it because I was on a tight schedule and wanted to get and go. First would not let me choose the pickup location of the reservation. Wasted time trying to straighten that out. Then it uploaded all the photos. Walked to the truck, it wanted all the photos again. Would not upload. Not a reception issue because when it finally asked for more info. Passport, I only carry it when leaving the country. Or someone to call to verify. I was fed up and went back to the counter. Employee was great and tried to complete everything on the computer for me. Then for no reason other than the app is stupid. It gave me the box code and I was able to let an employee move on to his other work. Thirty wasted minutes to top off the reservation experience of having the online truck and pickup location to be confirmed four days before to get a voicemail not asking but telling me the location was changed without my approval. What kind of service is that? All the above reviews were for the local dealer who had nothing to do with the stupid app or responsible for a policy that tells the customer what they will get after a promise that the truck and location reservation were mine. Now that I write this down I hope you will read it but it makes me think I will beg, borrow or steal a truck before using U-Haul again.
Wade W.Know your business associates! I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the corporation!!!! I made my reservations on line, and EVEN got a confirmation email for my pick up and drop off places, and you changed them on me. You made me go out of my way, and that is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Roger S.Person accommodated me when I dropped off the U-haul. Friendly and professional. Asked if we returned the appliance cart or still had. Advised no, person in Burien, WA was going to handle as we only used it the day of and took it back. I was informed the person never 'logged' it back into the system so looked like I still had it. Advised Lewistown location before we left Burien, WA the parking lights did not work and person there was very upset and behaving poorly.
HELEN C.This location was 47miles from where I wanted which caused me to go 94miles over my mile allotment causing me to be billed extra. The location looked like a junkyard and was difficult to get out of. The individual did not even know how to hook a trailer correctly.

CHARLES C.Going into Stoicheffs Auto Parts was like stepping back in time (I loved seeing all of the old license plates and memorabilia on the walls), but my equipment pickup was as smooth and efficient as it could have been. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go, and the moving supplies I had rented were inside it. The service was excellent, and the location was very convenient to 322. I would definitely go to this U-Haul location again.
Michael L.Speed up the time to pick up the rental / improve customer service. The owner struggled to access the information on my rental. He also said he had no record of my buying the mattress cover in advance yet I had it on my confirmation document.
Andrew B.You need to tell your customers ahead of time if the truck they are supposed to pick up is unavailable or the keys are not in the lock box instead of telling them after they have been waiting in the parking lot and on hold with uhaul for 30 minutes. Things like that tend to mess up an entire day and/or make people late for their appointment or work.

Dennis E S.Make 2 day rental of these trailers easier. It was an utter nightmare ordering this size of cargo trailer from Uhaul. This location was exceptional to work with, but the national number was not. A rental is a rental. Either way we were it able to rent this size for 48 hours. We had to rent it and then hope to extend it. Thankfully that happened, but it should not have to play out that way. Very frustrating!!

Lisa H.i waited what seemed like forever on the 75-80 year old in charge . the gas level was not as stated as he could not clime in cab to look at it face on . it was a 1/4 tank less than he put on contract . yes he did change it. i drove it 1-2 miles to my place to load and it had a flat tire . i was planning on leaving at 4::00 till the service man drove 40 min to get there (he is a stochief,s employ e at a different local) and changed it it was 800pm till i could leave . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! enterprise will get my trade from now on!!!!!!
Joeph M.Only issue I had was at check in. I used mobile check in and it took roughly 20 mins to get approved. This part could have been done the night before and the key code could have been generated the next day at check in time. Other than that, it went well and would use mobile check in again.

Tom M.I was not explained that the insurance and the equipment was per day. It cost more than they quoted me and I went under the mileage that I gave them. The old gentleman at the desk did not know what he was doing. I feel I was overcharged.
