The cleanliness of the truck was deplorable inside and out. Mobile ap would not upload pictures for the 2nd consecutive rental.

My review is NOT directed to Stoicheff’s, let’s make THAT clear. This is to U-Haul!!! It is Monday, August 3, 2026 at the moment. U-Haul has now charged me 2ce, totally OVER $200, for a 1 day rental that I was quoted $93 for. Truck was returned ON TIME & WITH THE CORRECT FUEL!
Lisa DIt is getting very expensive to rent a U Haul for a local move.
Mary WThe truck and location I rented it from were great, however, I picked it up before they were open and to use the mobile app for pickup. The mobile app is not at all user friendly and I had to wind up calling customer service for help in completing the pick up. My rating of 5 star is for the location and truck only.
Sheila MThe mobile order was a mess, pictures didn’t want to upload. When trying to get everything to work, it wouldn’t work. It took over a half hour due to not being allowed to verify anything before picking up vehicle (ex. drivers license and address) and nothing would let me upload it. And the same issue with returning it, it wouldn’t not let me upload any of the pictures. Every one I took it wouldn’t accept it or even show I took one.
