Everything was good

This location and personnel was no problem. The problem was everything before I was sent to this one. This location allowed me to drop off the truck at a different location when the one in my original reservation would NOT HONOR that request, even though I was provided with a drop-off location in the reservation. The original location called his boss to see if he/she could help find somewhere else to send me, telling me it will be 10 mins to 1 hour before he/she would call me. After 30 mins of waiting, I did call Uhaul cust srvc. For the next customer, please review your authorized Uhaul dealers to make sure they are meeting the expectations of customers' reservations so they do not waste time and gas having to go somewhere for nothing, then have to drive somewhere else for their request to be honored. Customer service did finally get my issue resolved, with extra miles to boot, but, smh. For such a large corporation, that was very unprofessional. (I never did hear from the original location's boss.)

I was very satisfied with my rental experience

Rental truck was dirty inside with melted chocolate and had been smoked in (ashes in ashtray / smell of smoke). Not his fault, but it should have been delivered clean.

Great service, clean cars.

This place was more than helpful. However, this was not the selected return location. The initial return location was Willy's Bikes in Sylmar. The place was not open, not answering their phone, nor was there a drop box for return. I called Uhaul and received terrible customer service. I was transferred 4 times having to explain my situation every time. No one would make a decision and kept passing me on. Finally, Jen, told me too bad, I had to go to another location to drop off. I picked this location because of convenience for me, not Uhaul. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Very disappointed that Uhaul is so big that the customer doesn't matter.

We arrived promptly at 9 am. No one was there. Then when they did arrive they were very slow and had us wait outside while they "prepared". then they had to call someone over the phone, who could help them immediately, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for that person to call back to coach them thru the process. But the truck was great for our purposes.

There was really nothing that needs to be changed. The counter person was friendly and very helpful. I had some damage to the box of the truck and he filed the report and gave me a copy. It was all painless.

This was the 2nd year in row where I placed a rental and was not called when there was a change with the pick up location. And to make matters even more frustrating, I am at a loss as to why the the new pickup location was a lot further away than the location I changed to pick up from?

We had great service! Great guy at desk! Every car/truck should have info on emergency brake location and gas tank side location.

Make sure there is no cigarette ash in the cup holders; alert potential customers that there are non-smoking vehicles available; make sure the red needle actually lies on the "F" of the fuel indicator, and not a little to the left, as I found it.

Service here was horrible. The truck was dirty and smelly. They didn't have my receipt ready and I had to leave without knowing how much they were going to charge me. Not a profesional place at all.

We had a mixup for the pick-up location. I ordered the truck for the Van Nuys U-Haul location. When they called me the day before to confirm the pickup, they only confirmed the time. Next day I learned that the location was changed to Woodland Hills (when i was already in the Van Nuys location). This was confusing, frustrating and we lost some valuable time with it. But I want to add, that the guys in Van Nuys office were very helpful and they managed to get this closer location instead of Woodland Hills.

All the communication equipment was down when I arrived and I was told to drive on to another site. Instead, I phoned Customer Service and they were able to process my arrival on the computer.

Not a U Haul place. Clerk wasn't happy about receiving truck.

you get penny pinched for everything at u-haul.

I am sooo happy to have found Ian! He was my savor for this almost ruined uhaul experience! He helped me change my one way rental to an in town charge he saved me 100 dollars! He was the only dealer willing to help me with my change of plans he was very understanding on how life is and how things change sometimes! He was so kind and willing to help with no arguments even calling the corporate uhaul to fix my dilemma. He was great! Thanks so much to Ian you were the best!

Every thing was done by phone, no contract was presented by the person at the office, but I can't complain the truck I reserved was there and ready to go, no problems with the rental.

Great location i have a storage there safe, secure and clean with very helpful employees. I didn't know they did uhaul there until i did res because they have only one truck. Thank you for the excellent service.
