Julie JNot a thing! Lucas and J.D. were so friendly and helpful. This was the top experience I have ever had with any Uhaul location. Sometimes in this day and time people are just business like and borderline rude. But these guys were amazing. Je les recommande fortement.
Julie JMy customer service representative was polite and knowledgeable. The truck I reserved was not available and I was upgraded at no extra charge. The store is clean and well organized. The parking area is well maintained and large enough that I had no problem navigating the upgraded 20 foot truck. I was given instructions for returning the truck after store hours. My experience was excellent!

franklin bThe person waiting on us was very pleasant, however, I will never recommend that location because of him. He Did not get the mileage right, he used the wrong credit card even though I told him and gave home the right one. He said we could then drop off anywhere, but did not tell us we had to call. Overall ruin my day, leaving me wanting to call and tell him how I felt, but instead I will just tell other would be customers.

Linda NI was wrongly charged for 4 gallons of gas (17$)when i filled the truck up how it was when i got it. Truck only had 1 head light had to drive with bright lights on the whole time hoping to not get pulled over. Store/employees do not pay attention to detail

Demontra JGot charged extra for going over mileage and not sure how that happen went straight there and delivered straight back to location. I even left tank almost full and it had 1/2 tank when picked up. The extra charge was wrong got cheated out of money.

Gregory EI was 2 hours late returning the trailer. They charged me fifty dollars. I would show a little leaneancy in this situation.
Carl SI understand the trailer marker lights are for OTHERS to see your trailer, but this trailer had marker lights way down low. It would have been way better if the marker lights were up high so I could see them from the driver position. Most trailers I've towed had them up high making it nice to see the trailer when towing at night.

Brian RHad an issue getting my cash refund back, I came in about a week and a half after my rental to get my cash deposit refund and the gentleman at the counter looked it up and it showed I paid with a DEBIT card Witch. I was told when I originally got the rental that you cannot hold it with a bank card. It has to be a credit card or a $100 cash deposit. So I used $100 cash deposit from the lady that I originally rented it from and was told to come back later to get my refund. The holidays for Thanksgiving and being sick. Postponed me from going in to get my refund sooner. But on the 29th I went to get my refund. And this is where the problem occurred. Because I placed my order online using my bank card. Fold the slot. And picked up pay cash but his computer was showing that I paid with my debit card and that the forty nine dollar refund was debited back onto my card So he printed that up for me and I went home and had to go to work. So the following morning I came back with what I had gotten as email from U-haul stating that I did pay cash and I printed up all of my bank documents to prove that my card was never used. In when in hand of this and the lady was there this time and says she didn't remember me. And that basically made me feel like I was lying or trying to get over on them. And it was just an overall Uncomfortable Situation. I did, however, get my $49 cash deposit back. But being made to fill that way was almost embarrassing and belittling, I will most definitely will not do business there again nor will I recommend this location to future family, friends, or clients. I even mentioned them pulling up the camera footage from that day so they could see what I paid with and it wasn't acknowledged.
