Got switched to three different U hauls. The first one i understood the own had an emergency so they closed down. The second one didn't have any working trucks so when I got transferred to the third one it wasn't even open! They were closed! So I had to call customer service so they change it so I can use the app. After they I got the truck after fighting with customer service I didn't receive the truck till almost 11am! I requested it for 930! I called customer service to ask for a time change then I was denied and was told I still had to return it at 930 the next day. Then after getting the truck there was a lock on the truck but there was no key for the lock! So I had to call AGAIN to have someone bring the key for the lock! So now it's 1pm and now I can finally use the truck and luckily the lady i talked to on the phone was nice to put in an extra day for free but I was so fed up I just moved everything the rest of the day/night just to return the truck ASAP because I was so over it. I'm definitely not coming back the customer service people were rude as hell couldn't even help me and pretty telling me I'm on my owe! The only person that was very helpful and nice was the last lady I got in contact with and the gentleman who rushed to bring me the keys I wish I could remember there names. I hated that I had to call customer service about 5 times that day and got NO HELP but from the last lady.

DOLORES GThe reception lady was nice upon arriving. But when returning the car she got extremely upset when we walked in and said for me to do my drop off vehicle online but I didn't have my phone and she said or she can print the receipt for me so I told her yes can she please do that and she got super upset and said she busy and that it's not her job to run uhauls that she has a lot to do in storage department. I told her I didn't understand why she was getting mad and she yelled and said she's busy and doesn't have time to help me and proceeded yelling stating she can take a hour to print the receipt that ARE YOU GONNA WAIT AN HOUR OR WHAT !! she was extremely rude and not professional she went outside to check the U-Haul slamming the front door yelling at me to go outside while she checks and was slamming the U-Haul doors and didn't tell me to go back inside. I went inside to see if she was done and she tried to apologize but then again got upset and started yelling saying she's doesn't feel like she should help me. It only took 5 minutes for her to help me but to her I was a waste of time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN

MAKAYLA SThe receptionist was quite rude. She argued with me about how much gas was in the truck. Per the gauge, there was less than a half of a tank. When I mentioned it she said "well it's on the paper like that so that's how you have to bring it back" I explained that I would return the truck as I had received it.

DAISJION DThe person working at the storage facility was asleep when we walked in and seemed like he was under the influence of something while he was helping get our rental. It then took 35-40 min for us to get the keys to the truck because the man was having troubles using the system and pulling up my reservation. I was worried he was going to over charge and almost walked out and just went to a different location. U-Haul has never been an issue for me, I love your services! Unfortunately this location is just one I won't be using again.

Jose OI was given the truck with 22miles to Empty I pumped $25 and took it back with 1/4 of tank I was told I was gonna get a credit for that. Also used 25miles only out of the 40miles and still got charges 90,88$ plus 10,14$ for gods know what!!!

MICHAEL MVehicle did not feel safe to drive. Vehicle jerked a lot and was a low to accelerate. Side driver review mirror continued to drop multiple times during my driving. My first time driving a U-Haul was not the best experience to have.

MICHAEL DA smooth experience, minus the drop-off. I didn't have my phone with me, so I had to drive home and then back to do the digital drop-off. I guess I'm not with the times. I look forward to not having a phone when driving or working, such as loading/unloading a vehicle.
