The reception lady was nice upon arriving. But when returning the car she got extremely upset when we walked in and said for me to do my drop off vehicle online but I didn't have my phone and she said or she can print the receipt for me so I told her yes can she please do that and she got super upset and said she busy and that it's not her job to run uhauls that she has a lot to do in storage department. I told her I didn't understand why she was getting mad and she yelled and said she's busy and doesn't have time to help me and proceeded yelling stating she can take a hour to print the receipt that ARE YOU GONNA WAIT AN HOUR OR WHAT !! she was extremely rude and not professional she went outside to check the U-Haul slamming the front door yelling at me to go outside while she checks and was slamming the U-Haul doors and didn't tell me to go back inside. I went inside to see if she was done and she tried to apologize but then again got upset and started yelling saying she's doesn't feel like she should help me. It only took 5 minutes for her to help me but to her I was a waste of time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN

The truck I rented had one headlamp inoperable and when starting the engine there was a grinding sound like the starter wasn't disengaging correctly.
