Storage peasant sucked ass! Monique did not know what she was doing whatsoever! She said one thing and did another. Apparently she’s the manager lol my husband waited for Ashton Kutcher to come out he thought he was being pranked. That’s what a huge joke Monique and Storage Peasant are lol. Do not go there unless you want to talk to an inexperienced “manager.”

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI never used the truck when I went to the lock box. No keys was in them and some kind of way y’all still charge me didn’t say you will give me $50. If my reservation basically wasn’t an honor and it wasn’t it’s not the first time this had happened to me.
DEBORAH TI showed up at 9 am to pick up my truck and they were not open. I waited a half hour and nobody ever showed up. I had to call in to get them to do an electronic checkout of the vehicle. When I returned the truck they still were not open. I was paying movers to help me and this wasted time and money
Andrew WNo one was at the location with a closed sign on the door when we arrived to pick up our truck. During regular business hours. It was not set up as a contactless pickup and no one answered the number given. U-Haul customer service was great and was able to set up contactless pickup with minimal wait. My only other complaint was that the back cargo area of the truck was very dirty. Not even swept. Big chunks of black and grease??? To the point I didn’t want to put my belongings in it without something laid down first
