Just advise if the 5x9 trailers can accommodate motorcycles with the front tire wedge in the front. The one I rented did not have that feature.

The reservation process is horrible. Bouncing between National phones and local dealers trying one getting the other. It was not obvious that the trailer I rented was not at the dealer I thought I rented it from. The when I went to the “sister location” (not a big deal as it was only a few miles further) they had me in the wrong trailer…not the 5x 9 for a motorcycle. Luckily they had one there or I would have lost it. Then when booking online you have to say no thanks to about 19 things. Overall I'd give the reservation process a 3 out of 10. Totally unacceptable for the leading National brand.

Nothing; 2 thumbs up! I went to two other uhaul places right before this one, and was so frustrated because they said they had what I needed, but when I showed up they didn't, plus I even made a reservation at one of the places and it magically was canceled. So very very pleased with this location and will definitely come back! And the gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, understanding, and thorough.

This is the 2nd time i was charged the 10 $insurance fee after i declined it. I had to spend 45 minutes on hold with Uhaul to get it refunded which will take 3 business days to show up.

Attempting to reach a human being on the phone when I wanted to change my drop off day and location was virtually impossible. After trying to reach someone on two different days, being passed around from one city to another, I finally spoke to someone about the changes, and come to find out, at the time of pickup, the change had not actually been made. The person at storage perfect was very professional and made the experience acceptable. This location was the third one that I was given as the pickup location. I am thankful that uhaul was able to reroute me to a pickup location that was in the vicinity of my hotel. I am cognizant of the complications presented by staff shortages during the pandemic as well as wanting to move my items during the busy summer months. I guess my biggest disappointment was trying to change my reservation by phone. It seems to me that it should be possible to do this on the website.

I rented a truck over the Memorial Day holiday weekend for a local move. The weather that weekend included alot of rain in the Denver area. My truck had a roof that leaked significantly. I was forced to return truck 1 day early, and some of my possessions sustained water damage. Although the local people managing the U-Haul trucks have been responsive and helpful, the insurance provider managing my claim has been a nightmare. It's now been more than 11 weeks and I'm still trying to obtain some attention and compensation from the insurance company. This reflects badly on the entire operation, including local service providers. And I'm an unhappy customer who will avoid U-Haul in the future.

Our UHaul was reserved days ago and our reservation was cancelled 1 hour prior to pickup (via a text and email). I called the location directly and they told me they did not have a truck; contact UHaul. I spent 2,5 hours on the phone with UHaul in an effort to get anyone that could help us reschedule - even something similar. I was given the direct number to our region, but the call was continually picked up out of state. I was told that this region (Denver) is having a hard time with their phones. We were unable to complete our move, as scheduled, with people waiting on both us - and a truck. Given the late notice, we were unable to find another truck of any size available in our area.

I was given a broken key fob which ended up fully breaking in an attic while working. When I called and spoke with a very unpleasant woman she asked if I had the insurance I said no. I asked if they had a second key and she said no. I asked is there anything they can do for me and she said since I didn't pay for the extra insurance I'm basically screwed. So I had to leave all my tools locked up in the van at a jobsite where my customer was very unhappy. I own a very busy HVAC company in denver and needed extra vehicles to keep up with the demand. The conversation was so incredibly demeaning and rude I'm telling everyone I know. My company is one of the highest rated hvac companies in denver and was appalled by the snide, arrogant and "happy to be rude attitude " I received. The van was fantastic other than the broken key fob that was scotch taped together. I was told "well no one else had a problem" so screw you attitude. Poor poor poor and poor customer service and completely rude. That location is like walking into an environment of unhappy, rude and nasty, unhelpful people. I had the van for weeks and paid over 2 000 $to be completely unsatisfied with your staff. Whoever hires should pick pleasant people and train them in customer service. Never using uhaul again. I finally found the broken fob that fell apart from the switch tape after hours of digging around in a 130 degree attic so I could control drive the vehicle and paid a locksmith to open the van so I could get to my 40 000 $in tools and supplies. My company is growing fast but I'll be taking my many rental needs to someplace that makes me feel welcome and not some asshole that I was made to feel. I'll be spreading the horrible experience with all the many business owners I know and deal with. You won't find one bad review for my companies as I actually care and bend over backwards for my customers. That's why my companies are so successful. In this day and age it doesn't matter what service you offer, customer service is key and almost impossible to find.

Give customers more information about the pickup requirements before they begin the pickup process. I had to sit at the pickup location for almost an hour while waiting for Uhaul to call my secondary contacts who were not awake early on a Saturday. I also did not have any of the other options available to me (e.g. passport) because I didn't know I would need them before I left my house. Overall, the employees at this location were great and helped me out but I would not recommend Uhaul to a friend becuase the pickup process was awful.

The pick up and drop off locations were great. U-Haul as a whole is horrible. Made a reservation 3 weeks prior only to have my pick up location changed via text message the day before I was to pick up the truck. Moving is stressful enough and then to have plans change at the last minute is unacceptable and a terrible way to treat your customer. I will not ever use U-Haul again and will be sharing my experience with everyone I can.

What started out as a moment of misery, turned out to be an excellent experience. Your staff was understanding and eager to help. I wasn't happy that I was expecting to pay for a 10ft truck and had to go with a 15ft, but at least I was able to transfer my original reservation.
