This was a terrible experience. Each time we have used uHaul it’s been awful. This time we receivedan automated call that our equipment was not available at the original location. We had to go somewhere else, somewhere totally out of my way and I am being charged by the mile. When we get there and try to use the contactless pick up we are told my GPS indicates I’m nit at the right place. It seems the U-Haul system isn’t smart enough to know it routed me to a different place. Then I receive a bill for a $79 a day rental instead of a $20 a day rental. As it turned out this was to “save me money†because of the mileage charge. However, this should have been made clear when we rented the truck and it wasn’t which meant more time and concern on our part. Being yourself into the 21st century and update your technology.

Very Professional People.
Nothing. My experience is great.
Great customer service and clean truck!
Fantastic service and very friendly staff. They made everything easy.
Very smooth pick up and drop off process. The staff was kind and professional.
Customer service would have been nice. Some help making sure the customer can see out the mirrors correctly and has some instruction on how a big truck is best maneuvered. Handing over the keys and disappearing was disconcerting.
Great people there!
Friendly service, easy to work with.
I believe this is the 3rd time I've rented a truck from here and each time the service, overall, has been superb. Great people who work there.
Ok, the check in mobile is a good idea, but charging me an extra day when I return it at 5 on a Sunday when the store closes at 2 and it is due back at 3 is ridiculous. It's not like you were going to rent it to someone else.
Lady checking me in (blonde hair) wasn’t very friendly. Wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. The truck was filthy and sticky. Never once did they offer whipes to whipe it down. Bad experience. Look for my google review!
I would absolutely recommend this place. The associates were so good to us. They were the ones to call us for the actual trailer we needed. The other locations were so rude to us and were no help. I’d say fix your online stuff and try train your over the phone People. Mike I think in Denver was terrible.
I have used this Uhaul location for years. Always great to know everything will be ready to go when I get there. They are friendly and dependable.
This place was great - a well run rental center. They offered prompt service, help when you need it, and you get what you need done efficiently. I recommend.
Not a thing - excellent experience, well run organization
Nothing at all.... Everything went smooth and quick, efficient friendly staff.
All the individuals I had the pleasure of talking with either in person on the phone were extremely helpful. They helped me with both check-in and check-out. The next time I need a trailer or truck for moving I will use them again. They all were great.
I was greeted politely and Iam not teck savey so they guided Thur the process
All the employees were wearing masks as a COVID-19 precaution. The rental and checkout process still worked well.
Great experience renting a 6x12 trailer. Check in/ check out was flawless.
One tail light was out (three others working) and the ground wire was fraying (but working). In addition, I had to figure out I was to load the trailer to my own vehicle after waiting around for 15 minutes in the back of the lot and just doing it myself out of frustration. In addition. no one came to even even inspect the hookup before I left. Someone smaller or with disabilities could not have lifted that double axle cargo trailer without help. I understand the social distancing but no involvement is dangerous for the customer and others on the road if the trailer was not attached properly.
