The gentleman that worked with me on the pickup and return was courteous, helpful, and nice to work with.

Kolade AAgent behind desk was prompt, helpful and very cordial. Was to return truck at 11AM, by 11:02 I was out of there well pleased… within 30 min. I received invoice by email.
Salvador GThe location we picked the truck up from was great. The gentlemen who helped me was awesome. He deserves a promotion. Was running around handling multiple peoples orders at once with no help. However, the overall experience was quite awful. We were told multiple different locations to get our unit from. Showed up at the address given and no one was there. We then were told another address. In the middle of my gfs going away party we had to leave because we were told the new address didn’t have our size truck. To top off the experience, at drop off there’s a pending assessment for damage to the rear right side of the truck. As a customer I shouldn’t have to stress about pre existing damage (photos for proof). The drop off location said they have to submit a report because they don’t know if it existed or not prior to me. When I move next year I will look at another rental company.
Preston HIt was a little bit out of my way but the office was clean and refreshing with excellent customer service.
