The two ladies that were working were so helpful. They explained everything and I felt quite comfortable about renting from there. Excellent truck excellent location, excellent customer service !!

I will def use this location again if I need a UHaul truck or trailer.

David VThe woman working was excellent. However we explained that we rented the trailer and it didn't work out for what we needed it for which unfortunately she couldn't assist us with. Not her fault because they only distribute for u haul. We needed the trailer for a few hours and only had it less than an hour and returned and was still charged.
Johan HI ordered a 10' truck, they said there was none available and offered a 15' at no extra cost. after service I found I was charged full price for the 15'. they lied. so be honest with your customers.

In fact, we have used you twice already this year. I am still confused by my last bill and would like to pay final amount, however I cannot do it online.

Timothy LDouble charged. Put through the ringer for a refund. Never got a call back from The Storage Chest in Ann Arbor. Then still didn't even get the correct refund. Issues with drop off location. I give up at this point. Will not be returning to uhaul.

Timothy LThe place I rented from was open until six pm I was pulling up at 445 pm with the truck and he saw me and locked the door and went to the back and wouldn’t open the door or answer the phone lazy and rude!
Abel ZBetter quality control on vehicle check in and getting real information in truck serviceability from prior customers. I believe this vehicle might have real mechanical issues that could have been caught in a check in and not that far down the road by me. Possibly customers are afraid to report issues because they are afraid of financial repercussions, I don't know. Just a sad experience from a company I always used and had nothing but good experiences with.

ROn EDON'T BUY ANY BOXES or TAPE!! The customer service is exceptional. But the supplies are almost useless. The boxes are so old/cheap that they literally come apart at the seams when you pick it up after loading it. I didn't put too much stuff in it, but when I picked it up, the sides of the box came unglued. If I didn't have any tape to tape it up, the boxes would have been useless. And, btw, the tape was so cheap that it kept coming coming loose from the tape dispenser and sticking to the roll of tape itself. Very frustrating!!!
Steve LThe cashier said he was too busy to help me and charged me $40 to put 1 gallon of gas into the truck when I had just filled it up to the quarter tank. When I requested a call back all he had to say was that it wasn't his problem anymore.
KENDRA FThe cost was never discussed. I had to ask about it. Then when I turned the equipment in, I was charged about $20 more than what I was quoted. Plus, I never signed the contract.

Lewis CI rented a 20' UHaul for a 1400 Mike drive. I was given the only 20' on the lot. It was pretty beat up. Once I was loaded up and on the road I realized that the suspension was shot. Every bump I hit felt like my back was going to break. Not only that, the side mirrors kept moving around. The next day I tried to go to a Uhaul center where I was but it was Sunday and closed. I emailed the Uhaul customer service but didn't hear back until 4 days later. I went to a Wallmart and bought tools to fix the mirrors but the left one was stripped beyond repair so I had to deal with opening my window while driving every 10-20 minutes to readjust it. I know I could have called road side assistance, wait in a hotel for a day or two, unload and reload all my cargo into a new Uhaul, then go on my way. However, I was on a stirict time schedule so I had to deal with it. After unloading my cargo, the aft leaf springs were still bent backwards! They are shot. This is a dangerous vehicle and needs to be fixed. I am not happy about renting from Uhaul and will only do so in the future if its my only option. For nearly $2 000 I had expected a road worthy vehicle. What can you do better for the next customer? Inspect your vehicles. Especially the ones that will be traveling far distances. Also, you can reach out to dissatisfied customers in hopes of making amends. Thank you. Scott

Kathy KHad to wait for 45-60 minutes to finish a $25 trailer rental. Issue seemed to be with the system more than the employees.
mike mTruck was pretty beat up on the exterior and rear wheels were fairly worn down.
Mariah LOur order was placed with a utility dolly and when we picked it up there wasn't one in the vehicle. We had the worst time dropping off the vehicle because the location we picked didn't allow for drop offs after hours. I'm not sure why UHaul would offer it as an option and then not be able to accommodate it. After calling several times, we finally got ahold of someone and was told we would need to return the truck somewhere else. When we got there and began doing the online return, the system wasn't working. After being on hold yet again, we got ahold of someone who simply said "oh yeah, our system is down so that's why it wouldn't work". No apologies for the inconvenience. We spent over an hour trying to return the truck and doing so at night where we were taken to a not so good part of town. Not only driving the rental truck but also our personal vehicle and using miles and gas to accommodate UHauls problem. Very unhappy with the overall service from start to finish.
