We were told I would have a larger truck. Howerever when we arrived at the location. We were told to go to another one. Once there we were told they couldn't rent to us because of a charge before not paid we were unaware of. After we paid it, we got the truck. It was 15 foot not 20 and no appliance Dolly , yet I paid the 670 charge of the bigger truck. Why is this? The counter person didn't know (it was the only truck they had). Communication is low between corporate and customers.

Easy and fast drop-off

STACEY LUhaul never fails to disappoint! This location had my truck but did not have the Dollie’s I reserved. The lady at the location was nice about it, can’t give me what you don’t have. Uhaul made me drive 19 miles (9.8 to and 9.3 to my house) to another location to pick up the equipment (charging me 99 cents a mile) then only took off 11 miles making me pay $8 for their short coming. I also ended up being 20 minutes late for my movers even though I picked up the truck 30 minutes early. I have never had a smooth dealing when renting a uhaul it is ALWAYS something. So thank you uhaul you didn’t fail at disappointing, inconveniencing and costing me extra money yet again!!!
