No one was onsite at 3 pm on a Friday when we returned the trailer. Our cell phones had limited coverage in this location so the online return option took forever and was very frustrating.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPick up and drop off points for both awesome the U-Haul app, however, is not very intuitive. I expected a page that told me about returning a truck but it was not readily available so i had to hunt for it. But all the app wanted to do was sell me an appointment for another truck. After scaling, the learning curve things went smoothly
