GREG HYou need to fix you online checkin, it Does Not Work. I was lucky and the office was open and your staff was excellent. I was told the office was closed and I could only checkin online. Neither was true. So you have s lot of work to do in that vein.
marsha dVery friendly and extremely helpful. I will always recommend this location for uhaul rentals. They are simply the nicest, most courteous location I have used.
JOE HReserved tools that were not available at pick up. I had to go to another location to pick up a dolly to use. Taking a reservation is not the end of the process. Actually making sure the equipment is available for those reservations is the key here and it was a major failure.

robert rVery nice proprietor...checking truck back in was a breeze. Using phone to pick up the truck was a nightmare for me...not particularly techno-saavy. Lots of restarts. Live chat was super helpful when I got stuck online.

JOSHUA OHad wrong code for lock to get key. My main problem was with the app to pick up the truck. Not user friendly at all. Took approximately an hour on the phone with customer service. Site kept crashing. I will not use it again. Very Frustrating.

kristie mIf they are using the online system to pick up or drop off the equipment the system needs to be looked at because it keeps telling that can not complete the previous actions due to low storage but I have more than enough in my phone.

Janice BU-Haul not the site where I got the truck tried to charge me for damaged property that I did not damage this encounter was a nightmare I was at the site for over an hour trying to get it straightened out and they still overcharged me they charged me for a utility dolly where the strap had been cut this for rendering the utility dolly almost useless we almost lost a couple of items because of it and they still charged me for it I would not recommend U-Haul to anybody, I will not use them in the future and they still ended up overcharging me I was towed at the site that my charges would be $96 and something but they charged me $118. I will not be using U-Haul no more because of this encounter.

robert wThe whole check out process - it's flawed. Refused to take my reference, and since I'm just decluttering the house to prepare for sale, there's no rental agreement or the like in place. Also, my employer, while it will do both employment and salary notifications, isn't going to do so on Sunday, as closed. I guess in retrospect, I could have gone back home, gotten my passport out of my safe, and come back - but customer service / chat was able to save the day.
CECIL Hthis was the worst truck i every rent for u haul driver set all broke down door door was damaged and hard too close had house paint over the damage the key was hard to get in and out back of the truck was painted in white house all the stuff i rented from use over many years this truck was junk if i had to go far then the 20 miles i went and they had another truck i would have refused this one....
ronie MThe U-Haul has something nwrong with it. I am not sure if it is an exhaust issue, transmission or some other mechanically issues but. It would take a few tries to start and it was extremely loud. It got louder with acceleration.. I could not hear the person sitting next to me. It was terrible and smelled of fumes. The location was great.. friendly and fast check in.
MARCIA MEmployees informed me after the time of pick up that they were going to be closed all day.
Ashley CThe cell phone check-in didn't work, so that was frustrating. It kept telling me that my GPS said l was in the wrong location when I was standing right in front of business. So it wouldn't let me continue. Luckily they were open, and she was super nice.
