The mobile check in was awful. I was there just after 7. The mobile was not working, i called the help line, it took 1 hr and 45 min to figure out how to check in, with a very kind and knowledgeable agent. The IT people need to work on the mobil check in big time. Also, i am not sure my final bill but i had to pay my help for over an hour and a half of time that I was supposed to be there with the truck and I had to make an extra 60 mile trip back and forth as I was supposed to pick up applicances that were close to the uhaul in my city, but becuase of the delay, i had to go do the move then come back in the afternoon, pick up the applicances then and drive them back another 20 miles to the house and then come back another 20 miles to drop off the truck that again, was 5 min from where i itended to pick up the appliances in the morning. I hope i am not charged those extra miles.

This is a great location for us; always has equipment and supplies when we need them. Staff is always helpful and gets us in and out quickly.

Your website says boxes are one price while the store is more . I got the same truck same mileage and paid 50$ more .

Thay said my moving pads was in the truck but they where not. They put them in the wrong track .

The treated me like crap at storage solutions and did not even tell me why I was not allowed there. I had done nothing wrong and they threw my brother stuff away when he was on time with payments because he would not sleep with the owner they also gave me one day to move my stuff even though I was on time with my payments very unprofessional guys grow up!

I got hit with a 20. Harvey for being late. Trailer was turned in same day and uhaul had to call me to see where it was. Not late but still got charged. Poor service .

Location was fine. U-Haul in general sucked! The app wouldn't work. The order, 4 weeks ahead of time, could not get the truck and dolly in the same location. The ordered appliance dolly was not available and U-Haul tried to slip a small hand truck in as a replacement.

The early check-in had problems, had to call 24/7 uhaul help number to gain access to truck. To many photos not accepted via online check in, recommend looking at a more friendly check-in process

The phone pickup needs to be dramatically improved. The website was very slow and made picking up and returning a bit of a hassle. I couldn't get it to fully go through all the steps for returning, but fortunately the store was great and got it processed and sent me my receipt first thing the next morning with no extra charges.

The facility or location is not the issue. Company policy is the issue. I can understand a picture of my driver's license. But to require that I take a selfie, with my phone, give you access to my phone, is treating me as if I have done something wrong to this Company. And demand that I give you 2 contacts, when I have done nothing wrong. I have no criminal record. I will do my best not to use U Haul again. This is my choice. I can pay a moving company more money. I took out the additional insurance also. Yes, I learned a lesson on Wednesday I will my best not to use U Haul in the future.

This was the second place I went to after driving 4 hours to pick up the truck I reserved that had been double booked that day. The lady at Storage solutions was awesome however I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the fact I had to drive extra and spend extra time to get another truck. I almost missed the deadline of moving my stuff out of storage unit because of the delay. This whole experience added extra stress to an already stressful move from one state to another!!!

I had to speak with a UHaul phone rep for over 20 mins before they found this truck. Original truck location would not respond to calls. And no truck was found within a 1,5 hour drive radius. Until further search revealed a truck nearby. Please improve your ability to track where your trucks are. This level of effort to find a truck is very disappointing. It should be a top priority to have immediate knowledge of available trucks and their status.

I attempted to return the truck (after hours with mobile site) the same day as rental. The mobile site service continued to be “unavailable” … and locked up many times. We left the key in drop box AND a note on my contract discussing the problem. I was tying to avoid the $20 fee if any employee had to check the truck in. I WAS charged the $20 fee and I have emailed and asked for a refund of the $20. YOUR site was unavailable for returning the truck , so it seems logical that I'd not be responsible for the $20 fee. Storage Solutions is a great place for equipment and storage rentals. Dealing with the nice people here in Colombia, Tn. helps make up for the bad Customer Service you experience dealing with Uhaul Company directly.

I was disappointed the trucks don't have staps in the vehicle to help keep items from shifting. It would be nice if uhaul supported this.

I was charged twice first 50 and once the truck was dropped off 83 I never received my refund of 50 back in my account and I want to know how that happen

The customer experience was pathetic, it took us 5 hours to rent the truck. we will never rent U-haul or would recommend to a friend or family. Approval process is terrible, I would like to suggest that please do the approval when some one is booking the U-haul, but not at the location coz when someone needs to verify with additional documents , it will be hard to provide them at the location.

Office always friendly and courteous. Most of my contacts were indirect via email. Staff was always responsive. Office on various occasions provided alerts and special reminders that were helpful. Our move was an overdue one to reduce our costs since we are on fixed income.

I was greeted with the most helpful and wonderful customer service staff all three time I went in! Everyone was so helpful, polite and friendly. I have rented Uhals from this location several times over the past few years and I have to say I truly appreciate the excellent service every time.

I feel I was ripped off was over charged even after I put the gas back in the truck. And when I called to check on it I was given attitude by a Nina Howard who refused to give me the corporate number I haven't had good experience with u haul it's always a scam in the air i even took pictures before moving the truck to be sure the mileage and gas was correct but that seems not to matter cause they debt your credit card what they feel like and the worker Nina to be exact was very unprofessional and needs more training at the Columbia office.

I first started at another uhaul supplier and they were shady and tried to take advantage of me. I cancelled that reservation and then went to Stargate Solutiins. Night and Day experience! They were friendly, courteous and just awesome. They are where I will take any future business!

My rental was cancelled the next day because I was upset over there being 2 feet of dirt blocking the entrance to our unit. There were no apologies - except from the maintenance guy that saw and understood our problem. Nina was condescending and never once apologized - all she did was shrug her shoulders and said we could wash the mud off our vehicle. We couldn't even get to the unit. They called after we left and said the problem would be cleaned up the next day and then called 20 minutes later and said the owner cancelled our agreement. Still waiting for our refund…

The storage buildings are built too close together, so all the units located down the alleys are not accessible with your vehicle. The alleys are too narrow to drive in there safely to load and unload directly from your vehicle. This is very inconvenient.

I was at this facility for over 4 years because i had to be!!!! The first manager would crash into the corner of the unit so that he could remove siding and steal all he could find of value. THEN we got Rude Obnoxsios Pam and she should not be allowed to run anything else in the rest of her life. She is mean, nasty, and very un helpful.

The manager was rude and unappreciative. After being in the unit for a few months she changed my payment from $195 to $225 . She also took extra money out my account for truck use. She's very rude. Will not use that facility again.

The two girls up front helped me tremendously. First day I came in I was very stressed with the move, they worked it all out for me (renting U-Haul + two storage units, and I felt so much better after I left. They are very experienced and have knowledge of their job duties.

Had extra boxes they wouldn't take back said it had been too long after purchase date. I had a Disaster and was a paying customer for several months and purchased several boxes and tape. I had 4 boxes they could have taken them back
