Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAmber and Nina are both amazing
EMMA HThere was an issue with the amount of gas that was in it when it was returned. We put the correct amount but they said we didn’t even when we had pictures of it. There should be better lines on the gauge for an accurate reading and not what the front desk lady decides if it’s right or not.
Amber AThe agent who handled our return was very rude. We had placed a small bag and a bottle of water on the curb outside the truck which we intended to retrieve once our return was processed, and the agent accused of of littering her facility and spoke to us in a very condescending tone. I also attempted to explain my problem with the rental furniture pads that we did not receive at the Arizona location, but she dismissed me, saying "take it up with corporate". She didn't represent a helpful attitude, which left a sour taste in my mouth with the whole experience with U-Haul, unfortunately.
Dennis HMs. Amber friendly as always!
