Ok so my poor review is for U-Haul's problematic hold system on trucks, not this specific location. The ladies at this location were super sweet. But the administrative staff that handles reservations call you the DAY BEFORE you are changing your entire life's location to tell you that there is no truck like you reserved it a month ago. And if you miss that call and get to the location as reserved ahead of time, you end up with no truck. Reservations don't mean a whole lot, so be careful when renting with them. We were able to get to another location but had to drive around, losing time and having to pay professional movers and reschedule with them. Give yourself hours before you actually need there in case you need to drive to a new location! And wait for that call the day before in order to confirm everything. Things change quickly so you have to be on your toes and trust that Jesus has the wheel!

Pick up was easy.
Mark WWent to return after my time and staff at location could not use the system. Had to go in to a back up system ad re-enter all my information and took over 30 minutes to check the trucking.
Shawn CThe side mirrors did not move to repositioned for viewing road traffic behind the truck. This was a major safety concern for the driver.
EVERETT CThe only reason I would not recommend is because there were multiple charges made to my account for the U-Haul service. I was told I would be receiving a refund but as soon as my bank account showed a refund was processing, U-Haul took the money again! So be careful when using one of these trucks they will over charge and make multiple charges to your account!
