Leanne at the pick up location was absolutely wonderful as always!! The call center was horrible and the lady at the call center lied to me saying they didn’t have vans at the location on Cayce lane as I knew they did and she told me it was only 3 miles from my house and after we reserved it I put the address in my gps and it was 17 miles which was giving me 40 minutes to get dressed and be there. Thank God I called and Leanne waited for me!

Upon returning the vehicle, there was no staff present on site to return it although it was open business hours. I waited around for about 10 minutes before leaving and returned again about 30 minutes later, where there was still no one on site. I ultimately had to drop the key in the overnight box and contact customer service so I would not be charged a late charge. There should be more than one staff present at this site so that customer service can be provided during open hours.

The employee was so very nice and I asked questions about her swhile she was getting everything ready on the computer and all. She has had to work a lot when supposed to be off and other things. Please help her have a much better job experience from y’all. She sure deserves it! She did a great job!! And she said everything with a smile while talking a little about it! And only bc I asked. Thank you for the “blankets†that were in there to use. The ramp is very sturdy and great nonslip grip. Handles are great. Good service. Good truck. Good enough price maybe too.

I could not get 24/7 share to work. The manager got to work early and got me on the road an hour later than I had planned. She was extremely nice and I would deal with her again but renting on line was very frustrating...

Make sure you have enough trucks for the people who reserve them. I got there and there wasn’t enough trucks, but because I got there before the other person the lady said first come first serve.

Your 6ft wide trailer only has a 5 ft opening to drive up on. I was unable to haul the equipment I drove 4 hours each way to get. A waste of time, effort and money for me.

The system was down when we went to pick up the U-Haul Saturday and I completely understand that technology has glitches so I was patience when it took an hour to complete the check out process however when I received 3 phone calls Sunday morning from the very RUDE site manager to tell me the truck was on the lot but the key were not in the box I was over it. When I explained we dropped them in the box the night before when their truck was dropped off she told me she would check the box again but that if they were not there she needed her keys. She then called we back again stating they were not there and she needed her keys. I put her on the phone with my boyfriend who dropped the keys in the box. He told her to check her cameras and then somehow like magic she said Oh the other girl had them in her hand. This “manager†was rude, unprofessional, and I would never have done business with U-Haul if I would have known this was what passed for acceptable customer service.

The lady's at the desk were excellent n very knowledgable. However the truck had a low pressure tire light on and it's been like that for a long time. Definitely should be serviced as people have their belongings in them that are precious

New staff incorrectly labeled our trailer as a different one causing the receiving u haul business a lot of extra paperwork. It took almost 2 hours from first arrival to leaving with uhaul trailer on date of sign out. Too many delays for a lot of customers. Additional staff needed on busy days??
