I reserved a trailer to pick up in Portland, OR and then was told it was changed to Sandy and I had to pick it up 24 hours before I was scheduled to. This greatly disrupted the moving plans and people I had available to help me etc, in addition to having to drive a total of over 2 hours to get the trailer. I feel I should have received a discount for my troubles.

The location was great, The staff was friendly when I returned the truck. I said NA on clean and well maintained. The truck smelled of marijuana and the truck was a little banged up. The uhaul app would not work real well at this location. It took me an hour to get it to work. Once it worked it was real nice and fast.

Always very pleasant with a great sense of humor, Lacey was very helpful and showed me the perfect truck for our move and the rental process was great! If you are ever moving to or from Sandy, or if you are anywhere else in Oregon and want to rent a clean and up to date vehicle, just go and see Lacy. Moving is tough enough, but Lacey is a breath of fresh air in the whole process.

Michael DThey contacted me as soon as they found out the person who was returning the trailer I would be taking was going to be late. They stayed after hours to ensure I got the trailer. This was outside of their control and I feel they did a very good job making sure I was satified.

James SI requested a trailer to haul a full size Dodge van. The Trailer I was rented was too narrow and you wasted over 4 hours of my time and 30 dollars in Diesel fuel because you don't know what fits on your trailers. I will have to be reimbursed for all that before i can trust you again.

John AYou rented me a truck with bad alignment and breaks that shimmy/vibrated when breaking on the highway. Maybe make sure your trucks are in good working order before you let someone take them off the lot? Or is DOING YOUR JOB too hard for you guys? First time using U-Haul and I can't wait to never rent from you again.

He made the rental enjoyable especially since I had booked the equipment for day before in a Portland, Oregon location and when I got there the equipment was broken and only available equipment was in Sandy, I had to spend another night and get transport to Sandy, Oregon which cost me an additional$200.00. Wasn't happy about that. This guy was great. Enjoyed talking to him.

Edward TI have never left a negative review because I am an understanding person. I paid for the rental online the day before I picked it up. The office was supposed to open at 10:00am but the lady didn't show up until 10:15 to open the office to give me the key and was unapologetic for her tardiness, she was instead being defensive without a logical explanation, and the gas tank was almost empty. Also the cab was clearly not cleaned (during COVID-19 outbreak). Never renting from this location again.

Lori KAd pricing is very misleading. There should be a more accurate price indicator that is part of the advertisement. "E.g: Typical 1 day rentals run between 80 and 100 dollars."
Margaret Tthe trailer towed very well and the trip was very simple.
chester hAgain I was not able to complete the process of returning the truck online, it never got past the "share your location page, it hung. Bad experience dealing with U-Haul and its 24/7 process.
