This review is about U-Haul, not the Stow-Away location in Sandy. U-Haul changed the location of both pick up and drop off which we had to drive 10 miles round trip for each. So added 20 miles for us. My recommendation is that U-haul pay people to get the rentals to the contracted sites instead of expecting their customers to do the extra driving. We missed a couple of deadlines which threw our trip off a day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was very convenient
Eric FShe was very friendly and had everything together and ready to go. The whole process was smooth and easy. I will 100% use stow away location again. 🥰🥰
VICKI LI’ve rented many trucks and trailers from Uhaul. This location and service was by far the best experience. Super easy check in, helpful guidance/instructions and friendly/mellow staff making the whole expertise seamless.
Kate TI requested the 15’ and online it was available. Then I was called and told no, only 10’ trucks were available. Also, I had a 2.5 hour drive and they made me rent the truck for 2 whole days. It was a waste of my resources.
