JOHN EMy only problem with this location is that the man that assisted us was not friendly at all when we first arrived and kind of rude as well. He was a lot friendlier when we returned the U-Haul. And it wasn't because he was busy we were the only customers present at the time.

KEVIN KI was a little unsure what to do to return the trailer because of the gate and the sign that says do not block gate. I didn't know where I could park while I went into the office to let them know I was returning it, because the only way to do that was to block the gate. So my only suggestion is make that part of the process more clear ahead of time. Everyone was so friendly and professional and efficient that it didn't really matter, but I thought I'd share that one but if feedback. Merci.

Brian RThey did not have the windows closed before I picked it up or the night before. Because I am highly allergic to pollen and during the pollen season in SC is really bad. The whole interior of the truck was yellow and cover in pollen! I had to have a friend drive the vehicle because I wasn't able to. By far my worst uhaul rental experience, will not recommend them especially at that location.

Edward TReserved 5/8' open trailer. Was told by woman that it was a 5/8' in their listing. It was a 5/9'. Weight was the reason I chose the smaller trailer. When I returned trailer man pointed to a 5/8'. Make sure you get what you book.

I even called them to let them know i drop of the trailer. Now the individual's at 2001 rte 9 north Howell nj. Should all be sent to south carolina to work on their social skills and mannerisms. I drop the trailer off this morning they were the most unfriendly and anti social people. I'm am still waiting for the to send me an email to confirm the drop off. Next time I'll chose another location. the nerve of this northern people.

DANIEL SFor long haul trips, the cab needs to be less noisy. We couldn't listen to the radio or even have a conversation. Solve that problem, your competitive advantage will grow.
