Everything would have been fine if I would have been quoted the right rate for miles per gallon. The assistant manager of the store, Brittany), was very rude and did not want to make the effort to make me comfortable or happy with my service. I think we both retired but the customer is always right! I suggest people skills training might help! I will not deal with her anymore if I go back to that location to move again! She got up and walked away from me and didn't say one word where she was going or what she was doing, only to see her turn around and tell me she's going to the truck to look at it, I did not ask me to go with her or say anything to me for that matter! That is highly rude and unacceptable Behavior! People skills people, people skills!!! I don't see any justice here for this Behavior!

Drop off site was great. Workers were extremely friendly and very apologetic for what had transpired the day I picked the trailer up.

We had reserved a furniture dolly which was not available and that was told us the day we are picking the truck up. We were not happy about that so we had to purchase two furniture dollies at Lowe’s costing us $70. This should have been informed to us prior or the store should have arranged for dollies to be brought in from another U-Haul dealer.

This is the 3rd time this same van has been rented and has not been cleaned. Made a comment when picking up that it was not cleaned, employee offered to clean but we did not have time to wait. Should have been done before it was picked up.

Be nice to have more gas in trucks when you pickup. How are you to determine how many gallons to refill when the uhaul rep told us to return with 5/8 of gas in truck that is 26ft long?

I had a reservation but received a text saying my equipment was not available there now and moved to a different loc. A phone number was provided but no one ever answered or returned my calls. I went to the Cornelius NC loc as they had helped me with my original reservation and they saw the Conway loc didn’t have trucks so they called the Frontage rd location in Myrtle Beach and between the two direct calls were able to get everything handled so the people in the Cornelius and Brittany at the Frontage rd loc were wonderful and very helpful. Your reservation system needs to be improved so that when you place a reservation at a specific location, it doesn’t get moved arbitrarily without agreement of the renter.

This facility was in the best location to rent or return. The representative showed me where to park the truck and brought me back to the office in a golf cart so that I would not have to walk. That's what I call "customer service, customer first. " She was a very friendly representative who goes all out to ensure you have what you need. An outstanding representative for Uhaul.
