The lock level for the hitch mechanism was broken when I picked the trailer up. Also this is a very heavy trailer, it should have a trailer lounge jack as a standard equipment.

The tires were all reading either low or high on pressure, you had to floor the gas pedal.to get it to go over 40 on highway.

Christopher BThe inside was not clean when picked up. The process at the location was completely inefficient. Things that can be done when making the reservation over the app, like taking photos of IDs, phones have cameras…inputting points of contact also can be done in an app and then had to wait for some rando to call each person was a big waste of time when people were waiting at their job and the whole process gets drug out. On top of that the person on the phone said "hello, this person gave your name as a point of contact do you authorize this" then proceeded to ask if I was the driver or the referral!? Are you fucking kidding me my response was "well considering you just said they gave you my name and number, I answered with my name, you called me by my name which was confirmed I would use powers of deduction to asses that I am not the driver". Probably will never be using this service again and going somewhere else.

tamika mVan was covered in snow and ice, there was a spare tire in the cargo area that was supposed to be a in the well but was told it didn’t fit, was unable to move the van because it was stuck in ice and snow.

Jeffrey BThis is for the 75th & Metcalf location where my original reservation was made. When I went to go pick up the trailer I went to go park and one of the workers cut me off in one of the vans, wagged a finger at me and left the van. I go inside to pick up the trailer and there was at least 30 customers inside with the ones closest to the entrance telling me they hadn't moved in 30 mins. Needless to say I'll never make a reservation at the Metcalf location again.

MAREK GThe truck I originally rented was stolen off the lot the night before. Then the replacement vehicle of the same size had been broken into and was undriveable. So then we had to go with a smaller truck. And then with the smaller truck, it counted by Km but we got charged by the mile. So I paid for 18 miles, when really I only travelled 18 km. Small thing, but unnecessary money spent nonetheless. Overall, the guys trying to help were great, but they didn't have much to work with. Most of this was not their fault. Would recommend a location that has less break-ins.
