The inside was not clean when picked up. The process at the location was completely inefficient. Things that can be done when making the reservation over the app, like taking photos of IDs, phones have cameras…inputting points of contact also can be done in an app and then had to wait for some rando to call each person was a big waste of time when people were waiting at their job and the whole process gets drug out. On top of that the person on the phone said “hello, this person gave your name as a point of contact do you authorize this” then proceeded to ask if I was the driver or the referral!? Are you fucking kidding me my response was “well considering you just said they gave you my name and number, I answered with my name, you called me by my name which was confirmed I would use powers of deduction to asses that I am not the driver”. Probably will never be using this service again and going somewhere else.
