The business itself was odd. Hard to find the entrance. Once I was inside, I had to walk around to find anyone. The man who received me was helping someone else, and simply asked me to drop off the key. I asked him if he knew who I was, and he said he knew "by the key". That was the end of the interaction. Later that night I received an extra bill for $21, stating that it was an extra charge because the business had been closed when I arrived, which it was not. I got the charges reversed after talking to a very helpful phone rep, Gabryel.
PAUL GI was having trouble with online check in and the rep told me to finish it anyway. After several minutes he took over and had trouble too. No help at all. Truck was not swept out either.

Justin HEnsure that the key for the landing bay door works and wipe down the inside console, as it was dirty. Additionally, there was no windshield wiper fluid during my drive, which was needed. When booking, please suggest a 24-hour extension upfront instead of informing me during the extension request. This is especially important since the company's slow approval process disrupted my checkout process. I had asked for just one more hour, totaling 12 hours, but you wanted to charge me for an additional 24 hours. This made no sense and caused major disruptions in my work, as I had to unload my belongings into my car. The almost $600 equivalent wasn't enough for the company, which is why I will not be renting again.
Andrew GI am determined to never use U-Haul again. I will certainly research Penske or Ryder for my next rental. It took me close to 2 hours to check out my truck. U-Haul's difficult and malfunctioning App to check out a rental is the most inefficient, pointless, absurd method I've ever experienced, especially when the location is more concerned with running their business over the service of the rentals. U-Haul values abusing their customers over investing in brick-n-mortars to better serve their customers.
WALTER SI ultimately paid for a furniture dolly and utility dolly both of which was not provided. When I called the spot the guy said that he would fix it during my drop off as far as my knowledge he didn't fix anything. But i guess we will see in 3-5 business days. Yaayyyyy.
Raime WThe guy at the front desk was unhelpful. Did not tell us how to return the rental so we had to figure it out ourselves. The location did not buy back u-haul boxes as promised at the pickup office. He sent us to another and they also did not buy them back. Waste of gas and time.
BRANDON LStuart Motorsports was a great place to rent the U-Haul. They made it very easy and user friendly for pick up and drop off.

Jose RI will never rent from this business again. The guy was rude and could not have cared less. He asked me the same questions over and over again. He did not want to help. Kept telling me to use the app. I did not sign up for the app. I signed up for counter service. Refused to help me when I returned the truck. Told me to just drop the keys in the box. Good thing I read the box and saw that I had to go to a website and go through an entire process to return the truck. Awful experience.

Michael CFirst of all $300 for a 4x8 without locks for the hitch, or the door, is unelectable. The trailor was weight off..The Uhaul was very dirty and dusty with somekind of drywall dust and dirt. Mix up in pick up locations, and when dropped it off, recieved an email 2 weeks later that I was still in possesion of it. Very unsatistfied in your service this past rental.

Nancy RI encountered two separate issues. First, the location that I was told to pick up the vehicle did not have anyone available to provide me with the vehicle. I phone the 800 number and they directed me to a Stuart, Florida location (Stuart Motorsports). I went there and the associate walked me out to the lock box and gave me the key. I loaded my moving blankets and dollies into the truck and then took a picture of the mileage and gas guage. I used the truck and moved my items, replaced the used fuel and returned the truck later that day. I then took a picture of the mileage and gas guage again. I received the receipt later that evening and determined that the outgoing mileage on the bill was off by 10 miles from what it actually was when I picked up the truck. I went back to Stuart Motorsports the next day and showed them the picture of the mileage and gas guage. They directed me to call U-Haul to get credited properly. I phoned U-Haul and they asked my to send them the picture with the mileage and time stamp of the picture. I have done that I have not seen my credit yet. I am finding that U-Haul regularly tries to charge the customers incorrectly. This is why I take the picture. Anyway, if I don't receive the credit in the next day or so, I will call my credit card company and dispute the extraneous charge and will file a better business bureau complaint. Trust is a two way street. I my trust of U-Haul is pretty much zero. What you can do is be honest when you deal with your customers.

Silvio SI was told that I could return trailer at any Uhaul location. First took return to Choice on Federal Hwy in Stuart. Told there would be $100 drop off FEE at that location. Was required to take trailer to Motorsport on Federal Hwy in Stuart. Why isn't every location the same?

No add'l fee but better to know a daily rental timeline before walking off not knowing. All went as well as I expected.
Gregg WThe truck almost couldn't start at the insulation location. Then after we loaded and unloaded the truck it would not start at all. After contacting haul me and the man I hired had to sit in the truck and wait almost 90 minutes and I was paying my mover $100/hr which cost me an extra $150 which should be paid by uhaul . Not me. They had to bring out a new battery. Call me Jeff dickerson at 954-270-2481 to rectify my expense
Jeffrey DThe truck served reliably. The transmission labored from 2 to 3 and 3 to 4. Once in 4 it sounded OK. My biggest thing to ask to change is the wipers even if they look OK more often. They smeared in the rain. I could not tell if the tail lights in front of me were slowing or maintaining speed. Once at destination, the storage manager was having her Uhaul trucks serviced. She kindly asked the mechanic to replace the wipers. The trip back was in constant rain sometimes very heavy for three hours. That kind wiper change saved my trip. Otherwise, would have had to stop.

ROBERT RI was unaware that I needed to use the Uhaul app in order to get the keys to the truck. I filled out all my information online prior to coming to the location. None of that matter, I had to redo everything through the app. Terrible experience, I will tell anyone interested in renting a Uhaul to use Lowe's or Home Depot.
Andrew BEven though we were not able to complete the U-Haul return app due to technical difficulties they were very understanding. Unfortunately the business hours were closed Sunday and Monday for our expected return and so we had to return the U-Haul Sunday night.
