I did not agree to my mileage when returning the Uhaul. I contacted the local representative while returning and she gave me her word that she would contact her manager and fix it the following day (Thursday). The starting odometer reading was not correct. I drove a total of 46,9 miles, I was charged for 99 miles. I drove from 901 Broad St. to 358 Irish St. which is 1,3 miles. I then drove from 358 Irish St. to 286 Bays Rd. in Birch River which is 22,8 miles. I then drove from 286 Bays Rd. to Birch River gomart to put fuel back into the truck and then to 901 Broad St. to drop off the truck, which was 22,6 miles. Gomart is 1/8 a mile off the exit. None of this comes close to 99 miles. I made no other stops. I was very much overcharged. Justin Rose

I waited a while but decided to try another time. But in the end, when we went to pick up the truck, everything went very smoothly.

Tatricia M.They tried renting me a truck where drivers door did not open or close, did not lock. You would have to use only passenger door and sometimes that didn't work either. Then OD light was on (transmission issues), truck had a rough idle, and multiple misfires. I dought I would of gotten out of the parking lot before it blew up. I went in and she thought I was crazy for demanding another truck. I got not even 12 miles from the location before it started having a random misfire. Thankfully I was only using the truck for about 40 miles total and it made it though. I will never rent from that location again.

michael B.First off the location listed is not where i dropped off the uhaul. not even close to the state I was going to. To the employees of 2860 Deans Bridge Rd. I am sorry if this negatively impacts your scores. My location was 901 Broad St. Ste 2 Summersville, WV 26651 and does not show up in the computer where i have picked up my previous rantals. Uhaul needs to update their systems. They wanted me to drive apprx. 1,5 hrs past my destination to drop off the rental for a 75$ reimbursement which makes not sense factoring in a 3hr round trip, plus gas, and a possible toll each way.
Cody M.The self check-in process was awful, app was slow and glitchy, it was 25 degrees and dark and asking for pictures that took a long time to upload was ridiculous. U-Haul has always been easy to rent and return, this new process is a definite miss. This comment should in no way reflect on the location, they were great, fast and ready to help.

Not waiting for hours for a truck and not being left because they answered another call while we were in process of paying plus we didnt get 6hrs out of our rental. And to drop the truck off we was yet ignored again and was serving someone else while doing us. Just some respect. Overall should have never paid 75 wont refer anyone there
