Everything was great, everyone was really nice and helpful, I would definitely rent from them again.
Valerie GMy main complaint is that it took about 30 min from my appointment time to finally get out. The dolly I wanted wasn't available and was suggested to go next door to a different rental place. I was just annoyed at the whole situation.

brittany dThe owner was very nice and helpful, and renting the truck was easy. However, the truck was parked in a small, tight spot in an alley way, and it was very difficult and anxiety-inducing to pull it out. We were literally stuck between another truck and a telephone pole. Would not recommend unless you are very sure of your driving skills.
David SI didn't do walk thru when picked up I regret it as when I dropped it off got home to see I was charged $26 extra dollars for 4 gallons of gas they claim I didn't bring back on the same I drove it a total of 8 miles that's it I didn't leave it running while loading it or anything I know I brought it back exactly where I got it plus how on earth does 8 miles burn up 4 gallons of gas do the math.... They are wrong

Osmar CMariam was amazing- very professional and courteous!! Summer was great in answering my calls- lost my keys in the Van- she had a rep meet me at 7:30pm on a Sunday to look for my keys- no luck BUT then summer called me on Monday - they found my keys! YAY

DANIELLE HWell the people there are very nice people, however the vehicle I rented was very dirty and we had to clean it up before we can use it. Other than that everything was great.
jose gCan believe the added a cleaning charge I will dispute the chargers and never again will I use this service. I drop off the vehicle at the location and an underage girl receiving the keys and told me that everything was good to go not checking on the vehicle for any damages or cleaning part I assume that everything was okay until I got the bill adding $25 on cleaning chargers. I call theme and try to dispute the issue but refused to work with me saying that they cannot sweep or a little debris off
