MARY RThe truck had a tire pressure sensor issue, the TP light was on the entire trip. Didn’t give me much confidence knowing the rental was booked as a 1 way to Las Vegas. Rep said it was just the sensor that was off but still who am I to believe her with 100% trust. She wanted to show me the psi but what would that prove? That she just filled up the tire to get me to drive away? Gas was also recorded at 3/4 when it wasn’t. I let the rep know but she just said to take a picture and show it to the drop off location. I don’t think she realized that the drop off location was closed when I was scheduled to drop off so that didn’t give me much confidence either. I took a picture but I ended up just returning it at 3/4ths to avoid any issues or surcharges. I understand it’s a moving truck im not exactly expecting a detailed interior but at least clean the trash out before renting it to another customer.
