Well first get the biolife in Hayden Alabama to start getting things ready when they are supposed to. The location we actually picked the truck up from was great. But I shouldn't have had to drive Thirty more minutes to pick a truck up

The location of pick up, was at a ran down gas station and the parking lot was mud and it was raining, so we had to physically move the dolly by picking it up ourselves or else we would have got stuck. Then the dolly had no bolts/latch to attach it safely to the vehicle. The guy running the store did not help, we had to go buy those ourselves. $67 later, we were able to properly attach it.
dakota curtisNot sure I didn't return it!... the equipment was picked up by road service!
Brian Ragsdalea bit run down, appearance not inviting as a public business. no one to help with dropping off the trailer. Disappointing
KATE SalterActually have moving equipment someone ordered in stock and ready for them
Jerome BassettEverything was great, excellent customer service, super friendly
Jacques DeanTheir Internet was down and it took someone remote to complete the transaction. There ought to be a way for the store to call corporate to complete it when that happens.
John WestCheck in process to pick up the truck took one hour. Entirely too many interruptions from having to take care of convenience store customers that were arriving to pay for gas, and other items, and the lady helping us said the website continued to go down. Doing business to pick up a truck should not be this complicated or take this extended amount of time.
Paul CreelI reserved the truck a week ahead of time, and UHaul called me the day before my move stating, "There are no trucks in your area." No "here's what we're going to do." No "we have one in this area farther out and we will discount your order for the inconvenience." I had to ask, "Ok, that's not acceptable, so what can you do for me?" Having to drive nearly an hour away for a truck was an inconvenience that is bad enough, but the fact that I get a message to call the day before just to tell me no trucks are in my area with no suggested alternative is absolutely insane for a corporation of your size. Do better.
William HowellMy issue was not with this location. I rented a truck at the Cleveland Alabama location. I just happened to call to ask a question and they told me they had no trucks. Why is it still taking reservations if they have no trucks?
Terri ReidThe guy was really nice, but needed more system training. This made the process very slow.
alnisha ramseyI only drove the truck 52 miles. The charge indicated i had driven 90 miles. I was so tired and weary from moving and getting delayed an hour with the truck and getting back before they closed, I didn't protest the extra charge. I have three more moves to do so I'm going to do more research on other rental options.
