Location didn't know we had a reservation. Didn't know how to hook up the trailer, he had to call someone and process the paperwork and he added safe move without our permission

The location was great. The owner helped a bunch, the U-Haul vehicle was the issue. It was poorly maintained and broke down on me twice. I had to get a neighbor to help me actually move the things o rented the U-Haul for since the truck I rented from U-Haul broke down and had to be towed! In the end I still had to pay for your truck even though I wasn’t able to actually use the truck. Tell the next customer to go somewhere else, you corporate customer service is awful and your trucks should be dismantled for scrap.

KIM HReduce the mileage rate. On top of the fee and ins totaling over 100$ an additional 0.89 per mile is ridiculous
Rhonda DTried to check in car tow dolly. No one there could help me . This is at 3 pm. Man in store called somebody. I spoke to him. He said either come after 6 pm or take the dolley to another uhaul dealer. After finally contacting Uhaul company I was able to do self return by them helping. Nothing in writing that said that the tow dolley was returned in good shape.
