It was a very easy transaction, the truck was very clean and drove great! Turning it back in was extremely easy. Great experience

Reduce the mileage rate. On top of the fee and ins totaling over 100$ an additional 0.89 per mile is ridiculous
Rhonda DTried to check in car tow dolly. No one there could help me . This is at 3 pm. Man in store called somebody. I spoke to him. He said either come after 6 pm or take the dolley to another uhaul dealer. After finally contacting Uhaul company I was able to do self return by them helping. Nothing in writing that said that the tow dolley was returned in good shape.
Rodney BWell first get the biolife in Hayden Alabama to start getting things ready when they are supposed to. The location we actually picked the truck up from was great. But I shouldn’t have had to drive Thirty more minutes to pick a truck up
Justin HThe location of pick up, was at a ran down gas station and the parking lot was mud and it was raining, so we had to physically move the dolly by picking it up ourselves or else we would have got stuck. Then the dolly had no bolts/latch to attach it safely to the vehicle. The guy running the store did not help, we had to go buy those ourselves. $67 later, we were able to properly attach it.
