It was a bit confusing. While I saw the truck, I had to find the lockbox. Not the easiest thing to do. Then the truck wouldn't start. Tried twice. Nothing. Then the third try it started right up. Then, after I stopped at the location, it wouldn't re-start. The crew I hired to help me move, jump-started the truck. (Now I was paying the crew for the defective truck!) Then, when I got to my place, I kept the truck running, so I didn't have to do that again. Then I kept it running at the house. I kept it running when I returned to the space to pick up the final load of stuff. Then I turned it off when I returned back home. It wouldn't restart. I followed some guidelines about putting the parking brake on, pressing down on the brake, and it wouldn't start. So I contacted U-haul's road service. I told them the gig. I tried a couple more times, and again, on the third time it started. Very dangerous vehicle to rent.

Have equipment available here so we don’t have to go to another U-Haul store to pick them up. Also notify that store about the equipment pick up by the customer so there’s no misunderstanding.

The girl was sleeping when I walked in and was still salsero for 10 min after I arrived. She finally woke up and seemed lost. Was super unhelpful and had to call for assistance. Just not the service you would expect

The truck was a little run down and hard to shift but overall it was clean and easy to follow the pick up instructions.

Great 4 by 8 trailer. Used it with my Honda Mini Van to provide additional space during my move. No issues. Would recommend this item of equipment.

I had my 7 year old grandson with me, so a vape shop for 21+ wasn’t probably the best place to have a u haul, but the lady in there was instantly welcoming, very friendly, very personable, and made it so simple to return, I just told her my name, told her where I dropped it and everything else she took care of!
