Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was a bit confusing. While I saw the truck, I had to find the lockbox. Not the easiest thing to do. Then the truck wouldn't start. Tried twice. Nothing. Then the third try it started right up. Then, after I stopped at the location, it wouldn't re-start. The crew I hired to help me move, jump-started the truck. (Now I was paying the crew for the defective truck!) Then, when I got to my place, I kept the truck running, so I didn't have to do that again. Then I kept it running at the house. I kept it running when I returned to the space to pick up the final load of stuff. Then I turned it off when I returned back home. It wouldn't restart. I followed some guidelines about putting the parking brake on, pressing down on the brake, and it wouldn't start. So I contacted U-haul's road service. I told them the gig. I tried a couple more times, and again, on the third time it started. Very dangerous vehicle to rent.
Bryan DVery professional and efficient
Mark DHave equipment available here so we don’t have to go to another U-Haul store to pick them up. Also notify that store about the equipment pick up by the customer so there’s no misunderstanding.
Jose HVery quick and easy checkout .
