Next to the base Barksdale the communications and auto theft is high. Repairs are an engine replacement and Yeats of theft from base virus on warehouse sale computer from base to civilian home located side gate. 2005

Car hauling trailer was blocked by there employees and had to wait over 15 minutes for some to remove there vehicle. However the person that attached trailer to the truck was professional and friendly.

Inside Smelt like pure smoke with ashes everywhere and trash. Had to spray it down and clean it myself and one of the side mirrors was already shattered

Indicate online that the selected location is not available. The location I was sent to was unsafe with broken liquor bottles and trash, it appeared very unsafe. The check in process was difficult. The truck was muddy on the inside and smelled like smoke and gasoline. I had to drive an additional 15 to 20 miles to the location to pick up and the same to drop off, in which counted toward the total mileage. No where near the location I reserved.

Equipment was not in satisfactory condition had too go to an U-Haul dealership too get new straps and wheel tie down Crank didn't work had to be oiled everything was rusted out cause me too be delayed.

Superior Auto and Truck Services was very professional and kind. I had a problem with another Uhaul store prior to going to Superior. Superior step in and took care of me and helped me get the task accomplished successfully. If I ever need any help or services with renting equipment from Uhaul I will use Superior Auto and Truck and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. The location didn't didn't have an attendant. It was late. No signs saying where to drop the key off. Or where the drop box was located we looked An never saw it. A bum came up and said walk to the front. The first location we went to said we were trespassing .

I was basically called a thief was blamed for not returning trailer. Which was an insult. So not sure what can be done for the next customer but I hope a lot better than what was done for me. Ladies I talked to was nice . But I do not appreciated of accused of something like that.

My utility dolly wasn’t on the truck so I wasn’t able to get all of my things.

The truck needs to be at the location it was assigned to for pick up. I had to go to three different UHAUL locations to FIND the truck I ordered days early. The tow dolly was not originally at the first location either. I went to Northview, JACKSON-UHAUL Hwy 80 in Pearl-and Frontage rd. I was not satisfied with my service. It ha s nothing to do with management at this location.

The pick up place listed did not have the trailer we needed. We had to drive across town to another pick up location. If the equipment is not available at that location, don't have it listed as a pick up site.

I was charged a "cleaning fee" on a truck that was not clean when I got it. Also, there was no dolly or moving pads in there that I requested when I ordered the truck. Had to go out of the way to pick it up, was not in the location I reserved it at. Poor, poor customer service. Will not use uhaul again

Appliance Dolly was not available even though I had reserved it. Was sent to corporate uhaul location where I was told the same thing. I left very irritated and was unable to use an appliance dolly which again was on my original order.

My complaint is less about this location and more about the online service that promised the equipment would be available at another location which resulted in hours of wasted time.

I wish my drop off had been better but unfortunately it wasn't as I just received notification that U-Haul has now taken another $183 out of my checking account. Upon reading this contract or receipt that they emailed me, I found that they are claiming I returned this truck two days later than I did and ultimately charging me something I do not know. I will admit that I was late bringing it back because unfortunately the pick up place had me running late and so because of that I didn't have time to unpack I had to go to work. But I did return it on Wednesday, November 13 with the correct amount of gas in it. So maybe I/O for extra mileage $20 and maybe half to one more day $40 but that's absolutely it that's only $60 not 183. I have kids to feed and this is the theft as far as I'm concerned..oh and by the way I did get a picture of when I returned it and how much gas it had in it. I doubt they will make good on this because they have made this such an awful experience that I don't see them having a stand up, professional reaction.
