Smoothest Uhaul experience EVER
Sabrina EI understand I would be charged. But I am going to check my account to make sure this is not a double charge. I rented this in March. It is now December. This is crazy that your books are that messed up.

Mark WThe only thing that went wrong was after we had dropped off the vehicle, we received a call from U-Haul the following day asking when we were going to return the vehicle. I told them that we had already returned it, and then I got an email receipt saying that we had rented the vehicle for 2 whole days rather than the 4 hours that we had it. I believe the issue got resolved and the extra charges were removed, but it was a bit confusing and chaotic for a day or too

Emily CI submitted a complaint concerning the total mileage. I was billed for over 100 miles which is totally wrong. I MapQuested my route and it was approximately 25 miles (NOT 114)! No one contacted me back after my invoice query which was very disappointing.
Brett DThe truck was fine - relatively clean, no mechanical issues. However the mobile pick up was confusing, especially with the poor cell service in the area. Additionally I opened the lock box to get my key & there was no key there. So I called Uhaul & was on hold, when finally a lady came out of the liquor store & said she had a key to the truck for me. My pick up was scheduled for 9:30 & it was 10 at the point, so I asked if I could extend my time a half an hour to make up for the delay in pick up & she said she couldn't help me. Also, the passenger door of the truck was unlocked when we got there & the back of the truck was unlocked so it didn't seem very secure. The truck was also low on gas when we picked it up. I wasn't able to submit any photos when I picked up the vehicle but I was required to when I returned it which was confusing as there will be no before pictures for Uhaul to compare too.
