Everything went well!
Theresa TI reserved a U-Haul for Friday Dec. 22nd in Alexandria MN on Dec. 2nd. Days before my departure U-Haul contacted me and said I had to drive to Morris, MN which is 50 minutes in the wrong direction. I called U-Haul and the gal arranged for me to get my trailer form Blue Earth, MN which is 8 miles from my home. That is not what I wanted. I did not want to pull the trailer four hours up empty. I called Blue Earth (TJD Repair & Service LLC). They couldn't have been more helpful. In fact, they informed me that my drop off point on my return trip (Fairmont) wasn't a U-Haul dealer anymore. I would have dropped to a business that doesn't exist. I am sure U-Haul was only hoping to have a trailer in Alexandria when they took my reservation. I don't blame their staff, just the management that is scamming the general public and making their customers nothing but frustrated. Kevin Chaffee
kevin cThey are friendly and helpful, the shop is a converted gas station so it looks a little run down but they took good care of us, so I have no complaints at all.
Kendall OStop switching the size of the truck. It happened to me 2-4 times. I reserved a 15' truck then I checked then it went to a 17' then to a 26'. They did this without notice. I had planned on spending a certain amount then it almost doubled. I should be refunded the entire amount because of the mess up

JUAN SNothing to improve just that I am wondering if I will re-and be reimbursed. I got it from Saturday through Monday but I brought it back on Saturday used it up faster than four days so I wonder if my bill will be adjusted also Ally didn't use any of the blankets, they're still in their bags and I left you more fuel then there was in it when I got it but other than that it worked great no problems Cheryle Kelly

Dale DStaff had no knowledge of military discount. Other staff was very helpful loading motorcycle into truck. The truck was not serviceable. Drivers door was damaged and had loud wind noise. (Receiving staff members agreed, the truck should not have been sent out.)
