Worst experience ever, ordered a dolly along with the truck rental and got conformation that it will be provided and kept inside the truck. but nothing see, has to followup with customer care from 4:30pm till 8:00pm i was searching the other UHAUL places as suggested by customer care., and no where it is found too. for a simple dolly - i have to spend 4 hours checking all UHAUL stores. First time using UHAUL and this will be my last time - worst service, worst customer care support & worst location agent who is maintaining.

No communication and no parking it was horrible hard to find officers drop box and they waited way late to check in my truck
