Worst experience ever, ordered a dolly along with the truck rental and got conformation that it will be provided and kept inside the truck. but nothing see, has to followup with customer care from 4:30pm till 8:00pm i was searching the other UHAUL places as suggested by customer care., and no where it is found too. for a simple dolly - i have to spend 4 hours checking all UHAUL stores. First time using UHAUL and this will be my last time - worst service, worst customer care support & worst location agent who is maintaining.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo communication and no parking it was horrible hard to find officers drop box and they waited way late to check in my truck
Kristin LThere was no one available for drop off so most questions do not apply. Drop off was doable.
Vicki KSigning up through the app stinks. It took me over one hour. It is just horrible unless you are 13 and addicted to your phone. I will avoid doing this again at all costs.
gerry rQue la unidad esté limpia, que tenga combustible, que los retrovisores se puedan mover con mas facilidad
