It was of the beaten path but easy enough to find. Everyone there was super helpful and polite.

Angel DOwner wasn't there just a farm worker who didn't know what to do. Left it anyway and I called later to just check in and everything was ok but it felt unsettling to just leave it in the yard with no verification I had dropped it off.
Lisa PLocation was behind a house and hard to find. The owner was out of town and the employee didn't know how to complete drop off paperwork.
Garrett GWasn't sure exactly where to park but no issues dropping off. Very friendly staff.

MODESTO OThe 2 customers services that represents in 2 location that I meet with, where very nice polite and had so much knowledge about the U-Haul company they work for, they had compassion and very nice, I was going to drive to another state with an infant, and a toddler and there mom, and the representative that help me last he went over with me so everything and even gave us a extra extended day to return the trailer. Since he saw us worried. That's what I call an Al some customers services. avec vous.

David BOne of the dolly tail lights was just glued in with some kind of adhesive & no screws & it bounced out. Good thing I bought the insurance or I would have been liable for inadequately repaired equipment

MARGARET SUnfortunately we had many issues with our rental today. First of all there wasn't proper data connection on site making the pick up process nearly impossible to complete. Then we didn't get either the furniture pads or dolly that we had booked, and I can't even find a record of the transaction on my account to see if we were charged for them still.
Nishant BUnable to use "return" mobile option was very frustrating at drop off location. Not sure if it was the cell service due to location. Was also unaware of additional charges due to mileage.
Amy TI've rented from them twice and they've always been helpful, answering my questions and very friendly. I have enjoyed the convenience of renting U-Haul trucks!
PEGGY BWe rented the uhaul to transport wedding items to the venue for our daughters wedding. Our uhaul was nasty full of long white dog hair and it wasn't just a little it was COVERED also passenger window was covered in dog saliva you couldn't see out of it. My son in law found a sex toy in the compartment on the dash. Then to top it off the door at the back would not come down after opening and we had to strap toe everything in. My worst uhaul experience ever. I complained at return and was given a $30 credit for my issues hardly think that was enough considering I still paid over $150 for such a bad experience
APRIL PThis location was not a regular u-haul location it was a house out in the country with poor lighting no cell service.

Joe SThe location was very scary at nigh, it's a farm we could not find a key drop box at all we wasted almost 2 hours just to figure out where to drop key. we had received no help from U-Haul customer service i was on call for 1 hour and no one answered the call. It was just a computer replaying that "all our agents are currently busy helping other customers" it was the worst drooping location ever I was there to drop off the truck at 11:25pm and we left at 1pm from there.
