I left the fuel tank almost exactly where it needed to be and they charged me for 3 gallons. Convenient location and I'm glad they are there but 3 gallons was a stretch.

Alan MThe “uhaul giy” was not there ! I had to wait at least 25 minutes for gim to return the call to them, and then had to go through the entire story again! The man at the counter seemed clueless . Now i am am a well seasoned person also, but needs ro retire. The mirror was broken. They need some kind of back up camera, especially hauling a trailer behind.

Shelly VThey charged me an extra 56 dollars 3 weeks after I rented hoping I didn’t notice that they pulled it and said it was for my “miles” but I didn’t rent by the mile I did it for a multi day rental. They did refund my money supposedly. I still haven’t got it back yet but still. Not to mention the truck wasn’t ready for me when I showed up to pick it up. The guy who rents them wasn’t even there. Poor customer service and poor business practices.
