Our drop off location was changed without our knowledge or approval. We had to go 20 minutes out of our way to drop off. However, there was staff there after hours who were very helpful.
Steve A.The truck we reserved was given to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable business practices to guarantee a reservation but not actually do it. Then we were forced to rent a larger truck and pay a higher rate. Will never use uhaul again as I cannot count on their guarantee (which is false language because they did not follow through with the reservation I had made). Very disappointed.
ELIZABETH S.First of all, my original reservation was to pick up my U-Haul in Hickory. I called the Street Source Auto, LLC in Hickory and I was informed that my reservation was moved to Hudson, the location above. I was not notified prior to the day that I was to pick up the U-Haul. I am thankful that I called instead of going there which would have been a wasted trip!
