My only complaint is the cup holders were dirty. The service was the best, the truck ran great, we had no problems with our move.

EDWARD VOur move went amazingly smooth today because of the owner & his daughter working with my brother and I so we could rent the size truck we needed. They were eager to help us. Further more the location is clean, organized and professional. Most Uhaul dealers locations I've gone to were beat up and disgusting buildings. This one was clean and well kept. Best Uhaul location. Equipment: Great trucks in superb condition. No failures on the road. The engine ran well. No faulty parts or random issues.

Rainee PTod is great. He is so customer focused and he has a lot of knowledge that he is ready to share. The equipment and the facility are tip top. I will always go to T&S whenever I need to rent a truck or a trailer. They do a great job!
RANDALL FMy only suggestion is to have the vehicles full of fuel at the beginning of the rental, and then have customers return them full. Then we would not need to guess how much fuel to put in the vehicle at the end. The truck worked out very well for us though. Merci!
MARK BChecking in and returning equipment is very slow. Other than that, they are awesome. Equipment is super clean, staff is great. The showroom is clean and nice. I'll definitely being using them and recommending them.
RANDALL FWindshield needed cleaning is my only complaint.

CHRISTOPHER JThe location was not the issue. I rented a truck a month in advance where it would be convenient to pick up and then the day before pick up was told I I had to drive 40 minutes one-way to pick it up. In the call, no one told me the extras I purchased would not be at that location but another location! I called and said I did not have time to go to another location another 20 miles out of my way to get supplies, don't charge me, yet, I was!

Jonathan KCould not pick up truck from location I reserved so I end up having to go way out my way and was charged way too much for miles that occurred because I had to go so far opposite of the direction I was moving.

Barb WI was overcharged for the amount of miles that I drove the vehicle. I drove it exactly 13 miles and was charged for 45. I even tried to give the owner a map of the exact roads and two addresses from the time I pulled out of his location to the time we came back so he could map the miles. After much discussion, the owner gave me back 25 which was well under what I was owed for the round trip miles. He said there were no pics of mileage, when they were sent by us to them. He also continually told me it was coming out of his pocket, trying to make me feel sorry for him when it was the fault of his business and he literally took more money than he should have out of MY pocket. I would NOT rent a truck from this location unless you want to be charged MORE than you actually owed.
Barbara GI got charged 39,95 for the 4th day only had it for a 4 hour period after day 3.. that's bullshit to charge that much for 4hrs

Marvin ROrdered an 10' ended up with a 15 at another location out of the way. Got a credit. Went to drop off and had to drive it to another location. Put 30 bucks has in it. Was never told it had to be sent to my son as he was the one picking it up. Had to date an hour just to get everything done correctly.
