Was disappointed with the online pickup of my rental, uhaul would not give me my passcode to get my key and leave. I had to wait and hour and was late for my movers meeting at my apartment and it was ridiculous to call my family, my job, or my apartment lease person 7am on a Saturday clearly not stated when you request early pickup, so I had to use the rental counter, sitting in a rainstorm for an hour was ridiculous
