The vehicle sounds like it has an exhaust leak. Otherwise, the location and staff were great. I did not have a reservation. I walked in and they got me in the vehicle in a few minutes.

There's nothing you can improve for the next customer, very friendly people in the part store the gentleman kept apologizing for something that was out of his control there was something going on with U-Haul system but it's internet phones even have issues, I would highly recommend this place if you need to rent a truck or trailer very friendly staff

The trailer had a low tire that wasn't found until I loaded the trailer. I put some air in it, but it was low again by the end of the trip. I reported it at check-in.

The tongue of the trailer was bent. This made my truck swerve while driving with a load. Why are you sending this kind of equipment out to these remote rental locations? I can send you a photo if you would like.

While you could see a couple U Haul trucks/trailers, it was not clearly marked which building to go in to check in and pick up. There were several buildings on the property.

The trailer light connection didn't work which caused us a lot of grief. I worked with the owner of the auto parts store for two hours to try to get it working and we gave up and ended up towing the trailer with another vehicle. I am disappointed that customer service is not helping me resolve this issue quickly. I expect to be compensated for the time lost and the fact that the lights didn't work so i had to use another vehicle to tow the trailer.

The service here was excellent. I called the day before to change my reservation time and had no problems. Upon arrival my paperwork was ready and we were in and out in 15 minutes.
