Donna BPat was great explaining and showing me how to hook up trailer and answering my questions about towing safety
David DThe equipment was clean and in good order. However The listed auto parts store is closed. A tack shop now rents there, was closed, and has signs posted that say they don’t handle the U-Hauls. It should be made clear that this is a now a self service only location. I had selected counter check in on the website when reserving so had to navigate the app again when I got there, only to find out that I needed to go back home for more documentation to authenticate identity. It should be made clear what is needed up front.
George PDropped off at night, no one was present.
