Terrible customer service. The lady was rude. Rented a car dolly to pull a Ford Explorer. The lady never mentioned it wasn't big enough to pull an explorer. She told us it was the biggest size she had but it would work. It Did Not work. We had the dolly a total of 20 min. When we returned to uhaul the lady's comment was “the bumper wouldn't clear, would it?†We asked why she never mentioned that before we rented it. She would not refund our money. I would never recommend anyone rent from this location.

They changed the Drop Off map 1,5 miles from our home, so would not deliver our U-boxes to our home. Have to go pick up one at a time in Knoxville to tow them to our house! AROUND 2 -/+ miles from our house!!!!

When we informed the employee at this UHaul location that the fuel tank was not full, she basically shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do about it. We told her we took a picture of the fuel tank and she said "okay". She really offered us no help or solutions. She also confirmed that we would not be charged for mileage - there was unlimited miles on the reservation.

THE FIRST THING YOU COULD DO IS BE THERE TO RENT OUT THE TRUCK. WE WAITED 45 MINUTES TO GET THE TRUCK. NO ONE WAS THERE.THERE WS A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING RETURN TIME BUT IT WAS 45 MINUTES PAST THAT TIME. ALSO THE TRUCK WAS NOT HALF FULL IT WAS UNDER HALF AND WE PUT MORE GAS IN IT THAN IT HAD AND GOT CHARGED FOR THREE MORE GALONS . RIPPING PEOPLE OFF DONT GAIN YOU ANYTHING IN THE LONG RUN. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SHADY BUSINESS AGAIN. AND i WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED.

I rented a 39. Uhaul in town for one trip and it cost me 187.I called the place I rented from and her response was I didn't put gas in .well I took one trip in town and payed the gas I owed .I would never pay almost 2oo.oo for a 5 min trip that was sold to me at around 50.

The lady who works at this location is very helpful and informative but when my hubby brought the trailer to the house to start loading it it was so dirty inside like tons of dirt and just dusty and he did even think to check so our mattress got filthy. I made sure to sweep it thoroughly before returning.

There was one furniture pad missing and one was damp. The appliance dolly's wheels were so pitted we weren't able to use it at all and we had reserved a furniture dolly, but found out they had already rented it out when we arrived.

Everything was good but I failed to check the back of the truck before I left when I arrived at my destination and open the back I found muddy footprints inside and it look like it wasn't swept out otherwise everything went well.
